When I reached Tokyo University of Agriculture (TUA), I remembered all the struggles that I encountered before I got all my documents needed to comply on time because the immigration pended my papers. I always rushed when they gave me the requirements needed because it should be submitted immediately. When I was at the immigration, the officer didn't allow me to passed because I have parent consent. Luckily, they allowed us to gave the requirement needed before the boarding time. I felt really scared that time because there was a possibility that I couldn't go there and all my effort will be wasted. Thanks to lord, because they gave my mother 5 minutes before the airplane boarded.

Their school was so beautiful. They have fields for different sports, the library occupies 7 floors, the dorms has wi-fi connection and fully air conditioned, presentable, clean and huge canteen and a beautiful greenhouse I love the most.

Our first meal was in a traditional Japanese restaurant. It like smells green tea and all the people eating there speaks Nihongo so that I didn't understand anything they say. When the food was served, I don't knew what to do because there was no spoon and fork. I tried to used chop sticks but I couldn't handle it. They laughed at me because it was hard for me to use it. In order for me to eat the foods, I prefer to use spoon for the soap even though it is not usual there.

When the orientation started, I felt really happy because I already have some friends and I knew that among my pinoy colleague I was the youngest. They called me bunso and they also treat me like their younger sister. I'm not comfortable with that because in the Philippines I always the oldest sometimes not in age but in traits among my friends. I felt glad with Sir Murari Suvedi because of his great presentation about the different things about Asian country including their export, import and others. I was amazed at their lecture room because it was fully air conditioned, they have two big projectors, big eraser, and movable blackboard. I also learned a lot with Sir Hiroki Inaizumi lecture about the agriculture of Japan. One of the information that he shared with us was all about the Japan' old farmers and their teenager didn't go to farm. I also ate ramen but for me our lomi was better.

On the following day, we went to Aoki Village. I'm really amazed because I didn't see any people outside their house unlike in the in the Philippines we could see many people. First, we toured on the different places in the village before we went to fuji hotel. The most favorite place for me was at Doihoji temple because there were many pagoda and temple and there was a great view.

I also experienced onsen or in the Philippines it was the hot spring. It relaxes my body because of its effect. After that we got ready to go to the natsuhaze farm. The place was so beautiful and the farmers were so kind and hospitable. The food that they serve there was also delicious.

I also learned how to make Japanese Oyaki. It is a soft bread that suits perfectly to fillings like red bean pepper and raddish. Their packaging housed amused me because it provides high tech equipments and you can assure the freshness of their goods.

We also went to a museum where we found images of Japanese warriors, their attires and their war tools.

At the last day, we conducted a debate where we showed our learnings and knowledge about the selected topic. I'm very nervous at first because I'm afraid that they might not pay attention on what I am going to say because I am the youngest but I was wrong. I am really thankful to MinSCAT because they chose me for this once in a lifetime experience.

Because of an unexpected opportunity that is given to me, I reached the place that was just in my dreams before.
