Dedicated to RaudhahAyuni for being such an awesome reader. Your words cheer me up and encourage me! So here's a dedication for you!

A/N: Sorry for the delay, I had both writer's block and the little devil known as procrastination haunting me. Hope this long update makes up for it~

Mother, Belliah and I looked at each other, not knowing what to say. After a lengthy pause, Mother said, “I will return if Belliah wants to. After all, I left Hell for her sake.”

Belliah looked at Mother, and her face clearly showed she was touched. “Oh, Mother… You’ve already left Hell for so long for me, how can I ask you to stay away even longer?”

“Silly girl,” Mother smiled, patting Belliah’s head. “A mother never minds sacrificing for her children.”

But what about me? I thought sadly. Even until now, she still puts Belliah as her priority, when I sit just beside her.

As if she could read my thoughts, Belliah said, “What about Kelafiel? I think she needs you more than I do.”

Mother turned to me. I wasn’t able to school my features in time, so she saw my upset expression. She reached over and hugged me. “I’m sorry Kelafiel, I didn’t mean to upset you. Your sister is right, I should be by your side instead of hers. What have you decided?”

I thought for a while. I knew that I would not tell the Goodwins the truth of my heritage, and much as I found Earth interesting, I never felt truly at home. I knew Hell would be my only home. And so I made my decision. “I will be returning to Hell.”

Across from me, Akaden smiled brightly, and even Father wore a pleased smile. Belliah looked a little sad, but quickly masked it. “I see. I request to stay on Earth for a few more human years, with your permission, as I am in college now and would like to finish it, even if I do not get to utilize my degree.”

So, my sister is someone who likes to see things through, I thought, having learned something new about her. I was surprised at my own hunger for information on her; maybe I did like her better than I wanted. I was sad that we would continue to be separated, but from her words I guessed that she would return after finishing her education. Considering that we were all immortal, there would be plenty of time to get to know her later.

“I shall return as well, then,” Mother said. Addressing Belliah, she added, “Come back after you’re done, my dear.”

“I will,” Belliah promised.

Father spoke up just then. “How long would you need to wrap things up here, Isabella?”

“A few days, I imagine,” Mother replied. “I have several paperwork to complete, and I would imagine that Kelafiel would like to have the next few days to take in as much of Earth as she can before she returns.”

Father nodded, seemingly agreeing with Mother’s words. “Very well then. I will send some bodyguards to escort the two of you back in three days.”

To protect us, or to keep us from running away if we change our minds? I thought wryly, but wisely kept my thoughts to myself, glad that for all of Father’s powers, mind reading was not one of them. Outwardly, I merely nodded to show my agreement, as did Mother.

With that, apparently the conversation was over. We stood up as Father did, and he said, “Well, I must be going now. Beelzebub’s rebellion has left many problems to solve. I will see the two of you soon, and await Belliah’s return.”

After Father left, Akaden stepped forward and hugged me. “Come back soon Kelafiel, I miss you,” he said and smiled, before following Father out of the door and back to Hell.
