Internally, I was freaking the hell out. Externally, I had to pretend that everything was okay. If my mom knew I lost ANOTHER phone, I would be in deep trouble. I wasn't the best at keeping track of things. It was annoying how I was always loosing stuff. I just hoped that whoever had my phone wasn't a lunatic. That's just what I needed. On the way to our new house, I kept thinking about what I could do to get my phone back. My precious phone. "We are here guys!" My mom exclaimed excitedly. I looked out of the window and saw the place I would be calling home. I had to admit, it was pretty decent. I was told that I wouldn't have to share a bathroom with Drake anymore and that made me very happy. The house was very modern despite the older ones that was in the neighborhood. I was surprised that my parents chose this one. Once we all headed inside, I instantly fell in love with it. "This is amazing." I whispered as I looked around. I saw my parents and Drake look at me with shock. "You mean you actually like it here now, sis?" Drake asked me. I shrugged, "I just like the house." I had him help me carry my things to my room. My big room. I had a walk in closet and my own bathroom. "I finally don't have to share a bathroom with you! You take longer than I do." I laughed and Drake pushed me gently. "Perfection like this takes its time." He smirked as he left me alone to enjoy my room. I looked out of my window and saw the view. It was breathtaking. Maybe being in London wasn't going to be so bad. I wasn't going to let my family know about that of course. A phone started ringing and I looked around. Whose was that? I then realized that the noise was coming from my back pocket. It was the weirdo's phone! I recognized my number. The person sent a text from my phone. I unlocked it and read it.
Weirdo: You stole my phone.
Me: Correction! You stole mine! I would like it back!!
Weirdo: Where do you live? I can drop it off?I didn't want them to know where I lived! What if they were a pervert or something?! I took a deep breath before I answered back:
Me: absolutely not! I don't know you! You could be like a pervert for all I know!
Weirdo: ugh! Why don't you meet me at Starbucks then? Tonight at 6?I guess I could do that. I was still a little nervous to go and meet a complete stranger. I wasn't this naive, but I really did want my phone back.
Me: Fine. Where is it located?
The weirdo sent me the directions and I quickly googled it and it was nearby. I had to come up with some excuse to tell my family. I couldn't just say, "Hello family, I'm off to recover my phone from a possible weirdo/ pervert at Starbucks. Anyone want any coffee?" I could just tell them I wanted to go do some sightseeing. While I was thinking of an excuse, the phone rang again letting me know the person messaged me again.
Weirdo: By way, nice bikini love ;)
Yup, the person was a pervert.
*Vote please! Love you all :)
