It was Louis. I tried to get off of Harry's lap, but he held onto me. Louis already saw us. There's no denying what was happening.
"We have a secret." Harry said.
Louis smirked, "I wonder what that could be."
I rolled my eyes. He was so damn sassy.
"(Y/n) and I have started seeing each other." Harry said as he kissed my cheek softly.
"Congrats! I'm so happy for you two!" Louis gave us a big bear hug. I couldn't breathe.
"We haven't told anyone else so keep it to yourself will ya?" Harry asked him.
Louis nodded, "Of course I will mate. You better take care of her or I'll kick your ass."
I smiled, "Aw thank you, Louis." I gave him another hug. I didn't think that Louis thought of me as someone he had to protect. I saw him as another older brother of mine.
"I'll let you kids get back to whatever you were doing before." He laughed before he left. I sat back in my seat across from Harry and started doing my work again.
"Well that is a relief." Harry said.
I nodded, "I do feel a little better that someone knows. We probably shouldn't be hiding things from the guys anyways."
"Yeah, we are all too close for secrets. They are supposed to be coming over later. We can let everyone know then." He reached over and grabbed my hand.
I smiled, "I can't wait. Harry, I'm really glad we are together. At first, you annoyed the hell out of me, but now, I care about you a lot."
He didn't respond at first and it freaked me out. Should I have just kept my mouth closed? "I uh feel the same." He told me before he can me an unconvincing smile.
What was going on?
Two hours later, Harry ordered some Chinese food and we were waiting for Louis to arrive.
I sat next to Eleanor and we were talking about going shopping the following day. I loved her style and I knew we were going to have a fun time.
I avoided talking to Zayn and I could feel his eyes on me. I didn't want it to be so awkward between us, but that's just how it was.
The door opened and Louis walked in, "Sorry I'm late fellas." He came and gave Eleanor a kiss and gave me a small hug.
"Okay, (y/n) and I have an announcement to make." Harry grabbed my hand and I stood up next to him.
"She's pregnant!" Niall exclaimed. I reached over and smacked him in the back of his head.
"No! (Y/n) and I are officially a couple." Harry smiled as he wrapped an arm around my waist.
"Congratulations guys!" Liam told us.
Harry smiled and looked at me, "We wanted to let you guys know first. We will go public whenever the time is right."
"I'm really happy for you guys." Eleanor said to us.
"Now that all of this is out of the way, can we eat?" Niall asked causing us to laugh. He headed into the kitchen first and we all followed.
While we ate, Zayn went into the kitchen to grab some more food and Harry got up too, "I'm gonna go chat with him a bit."
I figured he wanted to see if he was okay after we announced we were together.
They were gone for a few minutes and I was beginning to get worried. I got up to go to the kitchen, but I stopped when I heard their voices.
"Looks like you won afterall. How much was it? Five hundred dollars?" Zayn asked Harry with a laugh.
"Dude, be quiet. I don't want anyone to hear." Harry whispered.
"Oh come on! You should be happy you got to (y/n) first. You won." Zayn said.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It was all a bet? I trusted Harry. I felt so stupid to think that I meant anything to him.
I walked into the kitchen, "So it was all a bet huh?"
Harry looked at me with wide eyes, "(Y/n), it isn't what you think."
I chuckled, "I heard everything. I can't believe you. Either of you. I don't ever want to hear from you again, Harry."
I grabbed my backpack and left his apartment before he could come after me. I didn't start crying until I got into my car. It was all a lie and I completely fell for it.
