"You want to go to NYU?" My mom asked me. I was sitting at the dinner table with my parents three days after the whole Harry and Zayn fiasco. I told them about my plans to go to New York in three months.

"I got a full scholarship and early admission." I smiled.

"I thought you liked it here? What changed?" My dad questioned.

I wasn't going to tell my parents what happened with Harry. They would think I was running. Maybe I was.

"I never saw myself going to school here." I answered.

"You'll be all the way in America. What if something happens?" My mom worried.

I rolled my eyes, "Then I will handle it. I'm an adult."

My dad chuckled, "Your mother and I will discuss this and let you know what we decide."

It was noon and I had to get ready to go shopping with Eleanor. She called me this morning asking me to meet her at TopShop. I agreed with no hesitation. She didn't hurt me. I liked hanging out with her.

"I have to get going. I'll see you guys later." I smiled and grabbed my car keys.

"Be careful sweetie!" My mom yelled from the kitchen.

On my way to TopShop, I mentally prepared myself for the questions I knew Eleanor was going to ask. I didn't want to hear about Harry, but I knew it'd was inevitable.

When I got to TopShop, I spotted Eleanor looking at a pair of jeans.

"You should totally get those." I said when I walked up to her.

"I think I am. How are you?" she gave me a hug which I gladly took.

"I'm okay. What about you?" I asked.

"It has been a crazy couple of days." She told me.

"I bet." I mumbled. I started looking for a new pair of jeans and she followed.

"Harry hasn't been good. He's hardly talked to anyone the last few days. Louis is really worried about him." Eleanor confessed. She looked worried too.

"I can't feel sorry for him after what he did. I thought he cared about me." I couldn't look her in the eyes and see her worried expression.

"Everyone is shocked that he would do something like that. Zayn feels really guilty also."

"Well he should." I said sharply. I didn't want to sound so bitter, but I couldn't help it. The words flowed out without my control.

"Have you talked to Harry? We know he has tried calling you."

"I told him to leave me alone, but he can't catch a hint. It'll all be over in three months." I blurted.

She looked confused, "What is happening in three months?"

I took a deep breath, "I got accepted into the early admissions program at NYU. I get to go and sit through classes and prepare for when the semester starts in the fall."

She smiled, "That is incredible." She hugged me again. I was scared she wouldn't be happy for me for some reason.

"That's if my parents let me. I told them about it before I left to meet you here. I hope they will." I said.

"I thought you would've stayed here. I mean, I thought you liked it here."

"I did.... before. I miss America. I will visit every once in a while. I won't forget about you." I smiled.

She nodded, "You better not. When are you going to tell the other guys?"

I shrugged my shoulders as I looked through a rack of tops, "I'm not sure."

"Why don't you come to Louis flat later with me? I promise Zayn and Harry won't be there. The other guys will be thrilled to see you." She told me.

I guess I could go. I did miss Niall, Louis and Liam. As long as I didn't have to see the other two, I should be fine.

Oh boy was I wrong.
