"I still can't believe you're leaving me!" I screamed and Kris just sat on my bed quietly as tears fell from our faces.
The only time we were apart was from when he was ten to fifteen years old. Now, I'm about to lose him again and I don't when he'll be back or whenever I'll ever see him again.
"Phoenix, please, this is hard for me too!" Kris yelled at me.

Papa Washington and I just sat downstairs in the living letting Kris and Rene yell at each other. I fell so sad for my own daughter that her best friend is leaving but we couldn't do anything. Suddenly we heard a crash and ran up the stairs.
We opened Rene's door and saw her big mirror scattered on the ground along with Kris holding Rene's legs and arms with his own legs and arms... both of them crying. We silently closed the door and waited.
Moments later, everything went silent and Kris silently walked out with a tear stained face.
"She is asleep." he whispered and walked out the front door.
