"Gah! Mabel you're choking me!" Dipper complained while Mabel straightened his bow tie.

"Hold your horses, bro bro, I'm almost done!"

Mabel had her tongue stuck out in concentration as she finally perfected Dipper's tux.

"There, now you're both presentable!"

"Thanks, Mabel," Dipper and I said at the same time.

Mabel smiled and jokingly curtsied in her lilac dress. Melody called from downstairs, "Mabel! I could use some help down here!"

"Coming!" Mabel yelled back, rushing down the staircase and almost slipping in her heels.

"Be careful in those shoes," I warned her.

"Yeah, yeah!" Mabel said dismissively, followed by another yelp when she almost fell again.

Dipper laughed and turned away from the mirror in the corner of the room. He crossed his arms and leaned against the wall.

"I can't believe Soos is getting married," he said.

"Me neither."

"Everything's moving so fast. . ." Dipper muttered. "We're turning eighteen tomorrow, and next summer we'll be getting ready for college and. . . I don't even know what I'm doing!"

I looked up at him. "What'dya mean?"

"I mean, I don't even know what college I'm applying for, what I'm gonna major in, how I'm gonna make a living-"

"Slow down, you're giving me a headache," I laughed. My smile faded when Dipper didn't laugh too.

I looked down again.

"I'm scared too, ya know. But you can't let stuff like that get to you. You don't have to plan everything, sometimes you just gotta go with the flow, I guess."

Dipper chuckled hollowly. "You make it sound like it's easy."

"I never said its gonna be easy," I replied with a shrug. "But we've got each others back. As long as we're triplets, we're never gonna be alone."

Dipper nodded slowly and considerately.
"Wow, that's deep and insanely cheesy."

I shrugged again and smiled.

"What can I say? I'm a sucker for a sappy quote."

We both turned to the staircase when we heard screaming and shouts.

"WHO LET GOMPERS IN THE HOUSE?!" Melody shrieked.

"Sorry! He was supposed to be the ring bearer!" Mabel cried.

"I'll get him!" Soos yelled.

Dipper and I winced and flinched at the sounds of various objects crashing and being knocked over before Soos triumphantly yelled,

"I got the rings!"

Dipper and I shared a look, then burst into laughter.

"Man, this is gonna be one heck of a wedding," Dipper chuckled.

I nodded and laughed. "You could say that again."
