Please let it be over.

Please please please let this nightmare finally be over.

I opened my eyes and I was lying on the ground, flat on my back with Dipper standing over me, looking shocked.

"Ty! Oh my gosh, are you okay?! I'm so sorry- I didn't mean to-"

I cut him off as I groggily sat up and gasped,
"what happened. . .?"

Dipper grabbed me by the arm and pulled me up to my feet, wrapping my arm around his shoulders and hoisting me up to support my weight.

"I'm so sorry, it's just after what happened with Pacifica I sorta lost it and punched you- oh gosh, you're bleeding!" Dipper exclaimed.
"Come on, let's get you back to the Mystery Shack. I'm sure Soos has a medical kit somewhere-"

"Please don't apologize," I said quietly. "I deserve it."

Dipper looked bewildered.

"How could you say that? This was all my fault in the first place! Ever since Pacifica came waltzing into our lives I've been treating you like garbage, if anything I'm the one who should be getting punched in the face."

I fell silent. I looked over my shoulder to get one last glimpse of the clearing. My eyebrows knit in wonder to see that the statue was gone. Now there was nothing but a pile of rocks and rubble.

Bill was gone.

"I'm so sorry," I told Dipper,"for everything."

"Shut up," Dipper snapped with a warm smile, "that's enough apologizing from you. . ."

". . . now it's my turn."
