Kanan And Ezra One Shots (ON HOLD)

The River

Ezra swung his light saber at The Inquisitor, hoping to get a hit but got knocked back. Kanan ran at him but the Inquisitor dodged.

"You really think you can win Jedi?" The Inquisitor hissed, smiling. The two Jedi smirk. "Yeah actually."

Kanan looks at Ezra then at the cliff. They were training when the Inquisitor showed up. There had been a cliff near by with a rapid river at the bottom so they had to be careful where they stepped.

'Double round off?' Ezra says through the force. Kanan nods.

They got into a ready stance and began. Ezra does a flip over the Inquisitor as Kanan stays where he is. Distracted by Ezra, The Inquisitor turns toward him, ready to strike but Ezra smirks. Ezra suddenly pulls Kanan towards him with the force and Kanan stabs his light saber into the Inquisitors back. He yells in pain and dropped to the ground. Surely to die any second.

"Yes!" Ezra says and runs along side the cliff to Kanan.

The Inquisitor glances up one last time and uses the last bit of strength to force push Ezra back. Kanan looks into his eyes as Ezra fell off the cliff.

"Aagh!" Ezra screams as he falls to the rapid rivers below.

"Nooo!" Kanan yells, dropping his light saber and diving off the cliff and into the water.

Ezra frailed his body as he tried to get his head back up the surface until his head broke the surface. "Kanan!" He screamed before his head went back under.

Kanan held onto a rock while he searched the top of the water to find Ezra until suddenly he saw him.

"Kanan!" Ezra screamed. "Ezra!" Kanan yelled as he saw Ezra's head go back under. Kanan went under and swam as fast as the current to get to Ezra. Kanan finally found Ezra head down which meant only one thing, Ezra was unconscious!

Kanan grabbed Ezra and grabbed ahold of a big rock. Kanan gently placed Ezra on the rock and began CPR.

"Come on Ezra! Breathe! Breathe!"

Hera had just finished off the last of the ties when she noticed what was going on with Kanan and Ezra. She gasped in shock as saw Kanan giving Ezra CPR. She flew the ship down and soon got the two on board. They all went straight to the med bay.

Ezra was put on the bed as the group huddled around them. Kanan was doing CPR.

"Come on! Breathe!" Kanan mumbles as a tear slides down his face. Sabine and Hera stood sobbing as Zeb stared in shock. All were surprised and relieved when Ezra's blue eyes opened. Ezra sat up and coughed up the water in his lungs.

"Ezra!" Kanan yells and hugs him. Ezra was still coughing but quickly melted into the hug. The three left so the two Jedi could talk.

"I thought i lost you." Kanan whispers, still in the hug. Ezra closes his eyes and cries. Kanan separates and checks over Ezra.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt? What's wrong?" Kanan rambles. Ezra smiles and laughs as more tears fell.

"I'm fine. Thanks to you Kanan. You saved me." Ezra says and hugs Kanan again. Kanan was taken by surprise but smiles and hugs him back.

"Your welcome. I love you Ezra." Kanan whispers into his ear. After a few minutes, Kanan hears light snoring and smiles. He lays down with his arms around Ezra and slowly starts to fall asleep with him.

"I promise I will not let anything happen to you."
