Materials:
base coat
rubbing alcohol
Scissors
Top coat
Cotton
10 pieces of Newspaper or Map
Cup o put rubbing alcohol in
OK, So paint the basecoat on your nails and wait to dry.Then paint your nails your nails a solid White or light grey color . Wait until it is definitely dry. Dip your nails in the cup full of rubbing alcohol for about five seconds and after that take a piece of the newspaper or map and press it firmly onto your nail for about 15 seconds. Then peel off. the ink from the piece of paper should get onto your nail. Then apply top coat. It is VERY important to apply a top coat because 1: It keeps the ink from smearing off your nail and 2:It apply a bootyful shine.
