Drink lots of water! i know you have heard this like a million times. And you are probably thinking: "This crazey betch thinks i am stupid! i know this shizzzz!" (AN: I Spelled those words wrong on purpose:D) But back to seriousness( If that is a word), water is got for your hair,nails, skin, and overall your health! so drink some water now! You should be drinking 8-12 cups of that good stuff a day. Enjoy that aqua....
The next time you eat, chew slowly. I recommend this because sometimes right after you eat, you dont really feel that full. You don't feel that because your body has not digested that meal yet. So as you chew slowly, you let your body digest the food so by the time you are finished eating, your food is digested. If you do not like chewing slowly, then try this next step.
Eat a smaller portions of food more frequently throughout the day. This practice helps boost your metabolism. :)

Take some vitamins! you do need them after all....
Make some homemade juices and smoothies! There are MANY of them on the internet.
In the morning, drink some hot water and lemon. This helps with digestion and your metablosism.

Just because you want to eat healthy doesnt mean you cannot cheat! Once in a while treat yo self to somethin delicious.
