OK guys i don't know about you, but i'm feeling 22!
JK. I hate that song.
But anyways, I have had trouble sleeping lately. It would either be because of Wattpad, Homework, and pretty much every other shiz life throws at ya. But i found out a way to help you sleep better! Actually, ways but yah.....
1. Make a to-do list.
Make a to-do list of things you need to do when you come back from school. Make sure to finish that list before 7:00.
2. Take a hot shower.
When you take a hot shower, the heat relaxes your muscles and makes it easier to fall asleep.
3. Stretch
Five minutes before you go hit the bed, stretch. Just like the previous tip, this action relaxes your muscles which helps you to sleep even better.
4. Keep your eyes closed until you fall asleep
5. Listen to natural noises
There are MANY apps with natural sounds (like rain,waves,thunder,crackling fire,etc.) in your App store that you can download. Personally, this does not work for me but it works for my cousin.
6. Be old-fashioned and count sheep
7. Read a book (a boring one)
Whenever i read a book near bedtime, I always fall asleep so try it!
8. Develop a routine
When you do the same thing everyday for a long time, your "Internal Clock " will be used to it.
Lets say that you went to bed around 9:30 for a week. And then the next week on Friday your out to a grandparent's house. By 9:30ish, you would become sleepy.
So, make a routine and write it on paper .
Try your new routine for a week and see if you like it and if it works for you.
Here's My routine:
Shower
Put on PJs
Make tea
Read bible and drink tea
Bush teeth
Stretch
Sleep
9. Turn off the electronics
If the natural sounds do not work for you, turn off All of your electronics so you wont get tempted to check texts, Twitter,Instagram, Tumblr, Kik, YouTube,e-mail,etc.
(Except if you are using one of them for an alarm like I do.)
10. Wear socks to bed
Some people cannot seep if their feet cold and I you are one o those people, then wear some sock! :-)
11. Quit caffeine 12 hours before bedtime.
Save the caffeine for the morning. People who sleep with caffeine still in their blood will stay awake because the caffeine is doing it's job but not when it's supposed to.
12. Don't nap
People who nap during the day will find out that they stay awake at night.
13. Don't eat spicy foods close to bed time
It raises your body temperature making it uncomfortable to sleep. And you'll get heartburn and if you lay down, it'll get worse.
14. Turn off the lights and turn on the candles
Candle light seems WAY more relaxing than electric lights. Buy some fake candles at dollar tree. or an unscented candle. Scented ones have really bad chemicals/fumes that are not good for your health.
15. Do not look at the clock
When you loo at the clock, it distracts you and you get stressed and it is good to be relaxed when you want to sleep.

I know that I have not updated for AGES. But I guess you could say that I was organising my whole life. And I am almost done with that process too so I will be updating more now.
