Ladybug walked around the school, most people hiding, one person following her. "Ladybug!" Alya yelled and Ladybug snapped her head to her, her phone up. "Why did you turn evil?" Alya was recording, key word;was.

Ladybug glared at her and walked towards her, her yo-yo swinging. Alya took a step back until she was against the wall, dropping her phone and the screen shattering, turning it off. She gulped as Ladybug got closer and closer. She smirked then Chat Noir landed in front of her. "You won't hurt her! She's your best friend!"

"I have no friends," Ladybug blurted out and hit Chat in the chest with her yo-yo. He hissed at the pain but stood his ground as Alya ran into her classroom. "Wanna fight now Kitty? You done hiding?"

"I'll fight until I get my friend back!" Chat shouted at Ladybug as she tried to hit him. He ran down the corridor, away from her and she chased him.

"Friend? That's all I ever am to people! No wonder he didn't like me!" Ladybug shouted and hit Chat again and again and again with her yo-yo. Him feeling more pain then he ever needed too.

"He liked someone else! That's no one fault!" He jumped onto the railings of the second floor.

"He liked the other me!" Chat jumped off the railings and landed on the courtyard ground with a barrel roll. The fact that Ladybug could make him hurt this much, made his heart shatter. "No one could love the real me!"

"Yes they could!" He barked and Ladybug blinked before smirking.

"So the cat likes someone, care to tell?"

"Not really because she's standing right in front of me."

"If you're saying you like the old me, she's gone. Dead as soon as I came," Ladybug smirked and attacked Chat again. Her yo-yo hit him in the shoulder, pushing it out of place and him screaming in pain. her yo-yo wrapped around his arm. "Oh, let me fix that." She pulled on the string and pushed it back in place and he screamed in pain again.

"Princess, I know you're in there." Chat panted, out of breath, energy and a will to fight.

"She's dead, like you'll be," Ladybug smirked and wrapped her yo-yo around his neck and he gaged as the wire cut his skin, blood dripping onto his suit. "Any last words." Chat cringed at the feeling of his blood dripping down his neck.

It was the only way now. "Kid, don't do this. We'll find another way." Plagg spoke and Chat shook his head.

He stood up, ripping the yo-yo off of his neck and hugging Ladybug. She struggled against his grip as he put his hand on her upper back. "Cataclysm." He whispered as Ladybug gasped.

"No! No! No!" She kept yelling, soon stopping. She felt the dark magic ripping through her costume, skin, muscles and bones and devolving her shattered heart. She grew limp in his arms as he fell to the ground holding her. a white butterfly flying out of her chest as her costume flacked off her body.

People gather around the two, no one seeing whee the butterfly came from. "L-Ladybug, I'm sorry," Tikki flew out of the earrings and looked at her holder and gasped, tears leaking out of her eyes as Marinette gagged for air, blood seeping out of her mouth. Chat took her earrings off, Tikki disappearing and stuffed them into his costume pocket. He kissed her forehead and closed her eyes with his hand when she stopped struggling for air and let go. "I love you." He whispered, only the Kwamis hearing.

"You monster!" Everyone shouted at Chat and he looked around, a crowd closing in on him. "You killed Ladybug! You're not a hero!" Everyone kept yelling at him. He soon stood up and ran through the crowd and into an alleyway, the crowd running by. He slid down the wall as his costume flacked off and Plagg landed on his knees.

"I killed her," He whispered and looked at his hands that held the Ladybug earrings. "I killed Ladybug."

"It was the only way, Adrien," Plagg flew up to him. "We should get you to class." Adrien sighed and nodded. Plagg flew into his jacket and Adrien walked into the school, seeing Marinettes body and ambulances. He moved his over coat so no one would see the cuts on his neck.

Alya and Nino ran up to him and he gulped at the sight of Marinette being covered with a sheet. "I-I-is s-s-s-she," he hoped she wasn't, even though he felt it. "Is she dead?" he gulped and looked at his two friends, on the verge of tears.

"Chat Noir killed her. And to think he was a hero," Nino shakily sighed. "S-she was Ladybug. He killed his own partner." He balled his hands into fists as tears went down his cheeks, the same going for Alya. Adrien cried with them, already knowing this.

"He just had to kill her!" Alya shouted and Adrien looked at her through his blurry vision. "He had to kill my best friend! My idol! He could have found another way!" Hot tears streamed down her face.

"D-did you see where the Akuma was?" Adrien stuttered, then sniffled and cried more. He already missed Marinette and Ladybug dearly.

"N-no. But people say it was in her heart," Nino shakily sighed again. "How could an Akuma go in your heart?"

"I-if it's broken enough." Adrien cried with his friends over the death of their friend.

"A-Adrien, she was yelling about h-how someone didn't love her for the real her. D-did she say something to you?" Alya sniffled and Adrien gulped.

"S-she might have said she had feelings for me."Adrien sniffled and looked at his friends who had faces of horror.

Alya and Nino took a step back from him while Adrien had no idea what they were going to do. "Y-your the reason she's dead! You're the reason Chat killed her!" Alya shouted at him and Adrien flinched. "I hate you Adrien Agreste!" Nino just grew angry at his friend, now ex-friend.

"Never talk to us again." Nino said in a low voice sending shivers down his spine. They walked away from him and went home, hoping to mourn the lost of their friend and hero.
