Thirteen: Shadow in the Dark

"This is Balvenza, probably the worst yet to come. He threatens earth and all other.. Places, the only reason why I come to you for help Loki is so that way all realms will be safe, trust me I don't want you here more than you want to be here" Fury said as he walked around the table.

I looked around wide eyed at everything as I stood beside Thor and Loki "Human sure are interesting" I said, Thor chuckled.

"So, you and your friend will be staying at Avenger tower until we can come up with a plan" he said and walked out of the room, the one called Captain America sighed.

"Amazing isn't he?" Tony said as he popped some kind of food into his mouth, Banner nodded and looked at me "We have a lab in Avenger tower.. If you want to look at with me?"

I nodded "I would like that Doctor Banner.. We have a few things to talk of anyway" I said and shot a look at Loki before walking behind Doc Banner.

Banner chuckled "Something wrong with you and your majesty?" He asked, I crossed my arms as we walked down the hall I was completely aware that the others we're following us so I said simply "Yes. No. I really don't know."

"So, tell me Goth Goddess" Stark said coming up beside us "Why are you with Reindeer Games? Does he have you under some kind of spell or maybe something else?"

"No sir, I'd kill him if he did" I said and heard Thor laugh clearly hearing my comment, Stark just stared at me "Okay... Well, what are you to him then?"

"I was basically a sidekick to Odin from the time I was a.. Midgardian year of fifteen so, when Odin left to travel the realms I'm now helping Loki with all of it" I explained as we walked out on a cement path.

"How is she not freaking out by all of this?" Tony asked.

Banner smiled "She stayed with me for a bit when she was on earth once" he said.

"And you bother to mention to us that you adopted a asgardian for who knows how long?"

I sighed "I left Asgard for a reason, and when Odin awoke from his Odinsleep he sent Heindall to find me, when he did Mr Banner had took me into his care" I said as we all stopped walking, they seemed to be staring at me.

I looked down, it was uncomfortable, Banner noticed and spoke up "All I found was a what looked like eighteen year old girl in a field unconscious so I took her in fixed up a few bones, and she wanted to learn what is midgardians call science."

I smiled remembering that "I hated learning some of it, but it was fascinating."

"So that was a where you were? And I thought Odin had banished you" Thor said, I glanced at Loki and then looked quickly back at Thor.

"No. Odin isn't who banished me, Thor. Thank your brother."

He turned to Loki who looked like he could kill me I crossed my arms with a smirk "This shall be entertaining" I said, Tony looked at me before turn in back to te brothers.

"You banished Ella?!"

Loki sighed "I might kill her for bringing it up, but yeah I banished her.. But it was for her own good.. I mean the frost giants and all.. Besides like you she is safe now" he said, and Thor grabbed Loki by the throat.

I spoke up sarcastically "Bet this helps that bad back none, huh Loki?"

He tried to speak but Thor had a tight grip which made Tony, The Black Widow, Hawkeye and Banner laugh. Captain spoke up "Thor, murder your brother later. We need him to fight for now" he said as he walked by.

Thior let go of Loki and I smiled as Loki looked at me "What?" I said, he came forward and pijted his finger at my face making me roll my eyes. "You-you-"

"-bitch, I know. Now unless you want to fight me we got a Balvenza to kill, and I would really like to save all of my energy for that, sire" I said and glared.

"Damn" Clint Barton said and Tony smiled.

"I don't care what anyone says that girl is riding with me to Avenger tower" Natasha -The Black Widow- said and grabbed my arm, she smiled as she less me towards a human vehicle thing.

"Ever thought of leaving Asgard and becoming a Avenger? We need more girls here" she said as she opened up a door and told me to sit wshe closed the door and got in the other side.

I think me and Natasha will get along just fine.
