1. dont make things happen too fast
2. slowly build once they start dating
3. make them love each other after a realistic amount of time
4. if they dont know each other in the beginning, make them slowly warm up to each other, not have then instantly get feelings for each other
5. main character doesnt have to like them when the story starts
6. dont have to have nicknames for each other
7. dont have to be together in every single chapter
