As the door to the throne room opened, the sound of a crowd of people chattering and whispering to themselves could be heard beyond the door. This crowd of people was the majority of the society that lived in the city under the palace. They were the inhabitants of the Enderverse that have come from the city to the palace to witness the coronation occur. They came to witness the new Lord in his full glory.

The throne room door, after a few moments, stopped moving. With the door fully open now, the throne room was accessible. The throne room itself was a beautiful sight to behold, even more mightier than the door, and amazed Kingsley even more. It was nothing more than a nice scene to admire, to Lord Tarion and his son, however. When the door stopped moving, Kingsley moved forward and made himself known to the crowd of people. Everyone stopped talking and moved to look at Kingsley.

"Citizens of the Enderverse! I am Kingsley Notral, a servant of the palace for more than ten years. I present to you, the current Lord of the Enderverse, and his successor, his own son, Void Lord Tarion, and the next Lord in line, Lord Ender!"

Upon hearing the next Lord in line's name, the crowd cheers and goes wild. In usual Enderverse culture, the public were not allowed to hear the current Lord's son's name until the day they receive the place of the next Lord. The person who commissioned this law was a past Lord who had a comedic personality, and had decided to pass this law to keep the public in curiosity and suspense on who was the next Lord's name. For some reason, the Lords after him decided to keep that law active.

After a few moments, the sound of the crowd cheering dies down to a silence. Once the crowd quieted down, Lord Tarion and Ender started to walk forward together, in unison. Kingsley sooned followed. As they both entered the throne room, Ender took a look around the room. The size of the whole room was massive, big enough to fit a large crowd of people, demonstrated by the crowd of people in the room now. The surrounding walls were completely white, with a few tall pillars lining them. The pillars extended from the floor all the way to the ceiling, which was incredibly high. Parallel to the pillars were flags, they were exact replicas of the flags exhibited in the hall leading the throne room, but these flags all had the same symbol on them, the symbol of Lord Tarion. The floor was also completely white, but had a very large floral pattern on it. From the door all the way to the other end of the room was a red carpet, similar to Ender's carpet in his room.

Ender looked to the other end of the room, opposite to the throne's room door. There, he could see the Great Void Throne. From his knowledge, he knew that this throne was the exact same throne that all of the past Lords have sat in, including his father, and he also knew that in just a few minutes, he was going to sit in that throne, and finally join the royal family's line of Lords. That thought excited him.

The throne was a large seat which was completely made of a special purple crystal called Voidium. Voidium was an special type of ore and crystal found in the deepest depths of the ground of the Enderverse, and ancient legends say it holds immense, massive power that can grant a person enormous power. The throne made of Voidium functioned in a way where it would react by shining very brightly whenever a person that succeeded the current Lord was nearby, in this case, it was Ender, following in the footsteps of Lord Tarion. Witnessing the Throne of Voidium shine brightly was proof that the next true Lord of the Enderverse was near.

By the time Ender stopped looking around the room, Lord Tarion and himself had already arrived at the Throne of Voidium. It seemed to feel a lot more powerful when Ender walked closer to the throne. Perhaps it was the Voidium reacting. When Ender looked at the throne, he also noticed a large line of people standing behind it. He recognised these people; These people were the official staff of the palace, and served the Royal Family of Lordos. The majority of these people were maids, butlers, chefs and other usual staff members. Kingsley would usually stand with them, as he was a member of the staff, but he was hosting the coronation instead.
