Animal Crossing New Leaf: Adventures Begin! Book 2

Chapter 1: The shocking moment

Hello! It's me, Emily. After Porter and me had married each other, we had planned on living in a whole different world. I had told him about where I had started at, which was in the United States. He had learned all about it from my explanation of what it was like, and how it would be better for us to live their because of its beautiful lakes, enormous amounts of food, "other than fruit," and fashionable clothes. He was surprised by what was their compared to the village, so we decided to leave and take foot in another adventure. Once we had packed up everything that we had needed for our trip, we had came to the train station with everyone surrounding us with goodbyes. "We will miss you all so much!" Replied Isabelle. "Are you sure you want to-" Isabelle was cut off by Diana and Chadder rushing to the middle of the croud where me and Porter were standing. "Wait! Huff, Puff...Were going too. We also want to experience the United States for ourselves." Announcement Chadder. "WHAT?" "But...But...We don't want you to leave too! Please stay!" Yelled Isabelle. "Were sorry, but we have to leave. Me and chadder think that experiencing a new world would be amazing as well. So we've decided to go too with Emily and Porter on the ride." Said Diana. She than whispered in my ear, "Trust me, Emily...Chadder is fine now. He promised me that he is sorry for what he has done, and will never harm your relationship again." I then whispered back, "Thank you for making him understand that. Now I feel way less worried by sitting next to you two on the train ride." I then announced, "Well, everyone, I will miss you all! I hope that you send us letters!" Soon, we were then jumping on the train ride, waving goodbye to everyone from out seats on the train. "I'll miss you...Emily." Said Isabelle. "I'll miss you."

Soon, the two couples were pulling into a new experience of their own. Sense I had already seen the United States and the others hadn't, they marveled at the scenery. This included the lakes and rivers, (That I had mentioned...) The restaurants, and everything else that they saw that was new to them in the United states, compared to the little village that they were originally stuck in for they're entire lives. 

"Whoa! Look at the restaurants!" Exclaimed Chadder. "I could eat at that restaurant all day..." He said, pointing to a cheese influenced bistro. It had a label on the front, saying..."Come here for the best pizza that you could ever have!" And in front of the saying were the words, "Pizza Hut" in black, uppercase letters. I couldn't believe that the moment he laid his eyes on the cheesy, gooey pizza up on the building's window, he had liked the fact of eating it! "I guess that the saying is true... I remembered.  Everyone loves pizza!"  Soon after I had seen Chadder's emotions for the bistro, we had pulled in to our stop...for the US! The train driver once again said, while memories flooded through my head from the first moment I had set off of a train from my afterlife..."Next stop for the US, The United States station! I guess that means you two, warm welcomed couples are off for you new life, huh? Well, hop off! Your new life soon awaits yourselves!

Right after we hopped off the train, my husband Porter and I held hand in hand, walking politely off the train in pure peace. So to say the same with Diana and Chadder. Those copiers... I thought. But actually, it's not too bad. I mean, maybe they had the same idea for walking off of the train. I pondered. Porter then picked me up in his arms, and took me first over to a sweets restaurant, you know, my favorite type of place to go EVER. So, he immediately rushed me through the door, while the bell sounded with a quick, ding! It was not just a sweets shop, but they're specialty was ice cream. and sense both me and porter loved Ice cream, he probably figured that this was the best place to go. 

"One strawberry ice cream cone for my mate, mam! And a chocolate one for me, please! He said, while dropping me down to the floor in my pink waitress dress that I had had on. Soon after, a slim lady was plopping ice cream scoops into waffle cones, hoping to give us the biggest scoops possible for our lovely appearance. Next, she gave us the ice cream cones with our selected types, and we sat down to eat them. Right after that had happened, I looked through the other side window to see Chadder and Diana going into the Pizza shop that Chadder had mentioned.

Maybe we should go there later... I pondered once more. It did look like a good enough place to eat, and I'm sure that Porter would love pizza as much as Chadder, even though they have lots of differences... I thought again. Soon, Porter interrupted my thoughts.

"What do you think of the Ice cream, Emily?" He asked, in that sweet accent of his."I think it's delicious, Porter. What about you? What do you think about it?" I replied back. "Well, I think that it probably could have been better, but for my first trip to a sweets shop in the US, It's quite good, actually!" Then he smiled, a quick, sharp, and beaming smile, and went back to eating his ice cream.

After we had then finished, we said, "Thank you!" And jumped out the door in a rush. We hoped that we could soon find a house to pay rent for, and live in for our new life. Also, sense we didn't have a car yet, we had to go and take the bus again once more. We decided to go to Seminole lane, and see if there was any Vacant houses there.

In the end, we hoped that there was a house avaliable.
