It was the beginning day of me and Porter finally living together. I was surprised that it hadn't happened a long time ago. Well, here was the reason why.
*Flashback to the past life in Kirby village*
"Isabelle, why can't Porter live with me? It's pretty obvious that married couple's are supposed to live together! So why won't you allow it?!?"
Isabelle replied with a thoughtful, sad look, "I'm sorry, Mayor...but I just cannot allow it. It's against the rules here. No villagers are allowed together unless allowed by the court office of Kirby village. But, that would take a lot of time to make it to them, considering that they live in a whole different village called, Police. So I'm sorry, but unless you get it confirmed by them, I just can't let that decision be gone through."
I pouted. I wasn't that angry at Isabelle, because she wasn't the one who had made the decision, but I was for sure mad at the Court that was over ruling what Isabelle would have made an agreement to, but couldn't. It just was not fair! Married couple's are supposed to live together, and it was stupid of the court saying no.
So I made a decision to leave the next night so me and Porter could live together in peace.
*Back to where Porter and Emily are now...*
Once me and Porter had finally paid off the loan, we had been able to live in peace together once and for all.
We then went inside the house on Seminole lane. Inside it was kind of old, and a place with many memories. But still, everything had been upgraded like we had asked, so it wasn't that bad. The toilet and shower had been cleaned, and it was very nice. Also instead of the floor being a rug, it was a tiled floor made of glass. It was perfect for me and Porter to live at in peace.
I then asked Porter, "So...how is it, Porter? Do you think that it could have been better, or do you think it looks alright for us to live at?"
He then thought about it for a second, and once again looked around at the house. "Hmm...I think it's perfect. What do you think, Emily?" He exclaimed.
I nodded in agreement, and replied, "I think it's worth the pay that we had made too, and would make a perfect living space as well, Porter. So, what should we do now?"
"Well, let's start living are new life together, of course! How about we start off by watching a movie together? That'll be prefect for us to do while not worrying about Chadder being a stalker."
I replied, "Well, that sounds great Porter, but I don't think we should be angry at Chadder anymore. Maybe we could even become friends with them, and also Diana."
"What?" Porter exclaimed with surprise. "But "WHY" would you want to be friends with them?"
Then I went on to explain that at the beginning of our trip, Diana had whispered to me some news about her and Chadder.
So it turns out that Chadder is finished with the whole, "I love you more than everything..." Sort of thing, because he is now married to Diana. So don't you think that sense that's all over, we can all become friends and forget about are past memories?" I pleaded to Porter, hoping that he would agree with me. I was then about to continue with the reasons why this would be a good thing, but Porter held his paw in front of my face, signaling me to stop and figure it out after his answer was put into play.
"Okay...I guess we can try and be friends, if you really want to be friends with them, Emily. I think that's sweet of you, even though Chadder was being a bully to you when he knew that you were dating me. But I'm just saying, It might not go the right way that you planned it would. But if you'd like to try, I can too."
Then he rubbed my head, and rustled my hair around a bit, and kissed me with a smile.
"Now let's go and have a talk with Chadder and Diana."
