The laughter was contagious. Alison started laughing and then we all were.
“What?” Bri demands.
“Only you, Bri,” I say between laughs.
“I don’t get what’s so funny about this,” she demands.
Sophie tries to calm down, “It just that you’re the only person we know that would threaten to buy a house because they were mad at their parents.”
Bri laughs, “I guess, but they deserved it!”
“We know they did,” Alison smiles, “but, by the way, I love how you and Val are finally confessing about your love life.”
“What the hell are you talking about?”
“'Justin is one of the hottest guys in our school',” Alison says with her voice higher to imitate Bri.
“That is not what I sound like and just because I think someone is hot doesn’t mean he’s not a jerk!” She throws a pillow at Alison and hits her in the head. Alison grabs the pillow, ready for attack, but is stopped by Sophie.
“I do believe that it’s my turn now,” she grabs the laptop and begins to type.
