chapter 3

*Monday

school was going by fast today its already 7th hour math class its my favorite. not just cause im a good at it but nash is in that class! i walk in and sit at my table with Hannah, Madeline and Amy.

"Bay did you do the homework over the weekend? Madeline wont let me copy hers." Hannah said

"dont give it to her she needs to do it!" Madeline said

"i agree with Madeline, Hannah you need to start doing your homework." i say

"Fine ill hurry up and do it."

Just then Nash walks in with his Buddy's jason and devon. i smile at them and he gives me his award winning smile and a wink. wait did he just wink at me.

"oh my gosh Bay,Nash just winked at you!" Hannah whispered to me

"no he was probably winking at madeline or you." i tell her

"whatever but today we have to pick partners that are not at our table ask to be his." she said

"maybe. just get back to your work."

the first 15 minutes of class we listened to our teacher talk about our projects and the rules then she said we could pick our partners as long as they werent at our table. and she set us free.

"Bay wanna work with me?" Meagan asked me she was a smart kid if i work with her im sure to get an A .

"sorry Meagan she is working with me." Nash said walking up to us.

"i am?"

"sure why not your smart im smart we could get this done quick and i have to talk to you anyways."

"ok sounds good lets get started!"

for a good 20 minutes we worked on our project it was just answering problems then graphing them easy poesy.

"good job at the game last friday." i tell him

"yea im just waiting till i can actual play the whole game and not 5 seconds." we both laugh

"listen Bay that ashton kid he is bad news! he went out with one if my friends last month and he hurt her really bad it was horrible." nash said wow he really cuts right to the point

"i know i dont like him like that i promise at least thats what i keep telling myself. i really dont know."

"well i hope you dont i don't wanna see you like my friend was, i like you."

"you like me? me? the nerdy nobody?" i asked

"well yea your cute and smart and we have known each other for awhile now."

"wait do you just like me as a friend or more?"

"if more is like a going out kinda thing i would say. more!"

wait did nash just say he liked me as like a girl friend kinda thing is this really happening?

"realy?" i ask

"yes! and since i know you are going to be in at your dads Saturday night i wanna take you out to a movie and dinner?"

" a movie and dinner?"

"yes and i got my license last week so are you in?"

"yea that would be nice."

the bell rang singling the end of the class. but it was fine me and nash both had gym next so we walked together like always. but this time it was different we took my books in his hands for me.

"are you sure you can carry all that? you ahve yours and mine." i laughed

"no im good promise"

"ok but if you drop it your in big trouble."

"ok" he laughed

i walked by Nash and everyone who passed would say hi to him. i forget how popular he is some times. the walk was fast our school is kinda small we only have 65 people in our freshmen class. we get to the gym and i have to leave him so i can go to the locker room. Me and Amy are the only freshmen girls in our gym class so we share a locker.

"Hey Bay you didnt walk with me today." amy said i grabbed my cloths from our locker and started getting dress

"sorry i was walking with Nash."

"why he is like really popular and i mean not being rude but your not." we both laughed cause we both knew it was true.

"well he asked me out this weekend and i said yes!" i was finished getting dress into the shorts and t-shirt which is to long for me.

"what i thought you and ashton really had a thing and your going to go out with Nash?"

"first me and ashton never had a thing and yea i like Nash i like his style how his hair is brown and not to short but just long enof and how me was kinda muscular but not much." oh my gosh did i just say that all out loud all the girls in the locker room were looking at me and the worst thing was they were all senors.

"Bay you ok you look alittle love sick" Amy smiled at me. we walked out to the gym and took our spots and started our stretches.

* Saturday night

i was already for my date with Nash i was wearing a pair of Jeans and my favorite band shirt green day! but then i got a text the one text that could ruin everything from the person i thought didnt like me and who i thought i didnt like

Ashton: Hey its Ashton i was wondering what you were doing tonight i herd you live in Jacksonville durung the weekend and im in town right now so if you wanna hang out i can pick you up and we can go on a date or something?

what is happening? i mean about to go on a date with Nash but i wanna go see Ashton. No you dont like him. but i do i think i dont know what s happening. just then i herd a knock on the door probably Nash.

Bay: cant sorry im going out tonight with Nash. sorry.
