Kyle's POV

"If you slept with my mom, that would be so… urgh, just urgh.”

I knew I was whining like a child but really. I couldn’t stand the image of my mate and my mother doing the deed. That was an awful picture that would surely forever imprinted in my mind. I felt Ayden’s body tense in my embrace and already feared the worst when he suddenly erupted in a fit of giggles.

“No, god, no. Could you even imagine how awkward it would have been between your father and me?” He looked away for a second, a bit of a blush tainting his cheeks. “I did kiss her though.”

I wanted to awe at his innocence that even a simple kiss could make him blush but at the same time I wanted to erase every single memory at any romantic moments there could have been with my mother. Right now I went with the latter as a possessive growl left my throat and I took his face in my hands, turning him around firmly but gently, before my lips finally fend their searing hot way across his lips.

I nipped at his flesh until I found them raw from kissing before I snaked my tongue through his slightly from panting for air parted lips into the sweet cavern of his mouth. A throaty moan only edged me in my actions as I turned him around in my lap, his legs now straddling my lap and our crotches tightly pressed together as he pushed his body into mine.

All the while I explored his mouth with my tongue, sweeping in every crook and dip I could find as if mesmerizing my way around. When we parted for air I didn’t let go of him but held him near, our breaths mingling.

“I take it I’m a better kisser than her?” His face flushed deep red and he quickly hid his face in my neck, sending small shivers down my spine from where his hot breath hit my skin, but eventually nodding his agreement.

Even though I would never admit it, coming from my mate that confession boosted my already large ego even more. Deciding I wouldn’t pester him anymore for now I changed the topic onto something a bit safer.

“So, who came searching for you there while you thought you would be left alone.” I felt him give away a quiet sigh at the change of topic but even so he didn’t get back around but just continued his story from under my chin.

“Amelia came for me, telling me what a coward I was and that I had hidden from the world for long enough so she basically dragged me here and gave me a position as one of the teachers. I can be glad she even let me choose my subject with the way she was bossing me around.”

I smiled at that, I actually had good knowledge of how bossy our principal could get. Even though I normally didn’t let her attitude bother me.

“Which brings us to our next topic. You actually never came around on telling me why our principal’s a witch and how I didn’t know. Do my parents even know? Heck, does anyone know?”

A quiet laugh escaped my baby’s lips making my heart melt as he virtuously shook his head. “I highly doubt it. She’s good at hiding secrets away, well normally, anyway.”

A thoughtful look crossed his features and he cocked his head in an adorable matter as he gazed up at me through his lashes. “Maybe I would even go as far as accusing her of having let it slip intentionally. Who knows? I wouldn’t be too surprised if she did it to give you a clue.”

“Well, are you a wizard then? Because I could hardly imagine you being a witch unless there’s something you would like to tell me?”

I cooked a brow, being sure it would irk him to blush and of course I got my desired effect as his face light up significantly, right along with my cook by the way. Again he shook his head wildly, making his beautiful long silver hair fly around, before he suddenly stopped and surprised me with an almost mischievous smirk.
