Ayden's Harley Davidson, that's soo badass, darlin;* ->
Kyle’s POV
Watching him go to the garage I admired his fine ass for a second, being sure that he would lecture me if he cought me doing so, but he didn’t so I silently made my way to the kitchen to get us food.
For a second I wondered what everyone else must think now. I’m sure me carrying him through the entire estate didn’t exactly go by unnoticed and with the doc and my dad and all I was pretty sure that the whole pack knew what was going on now. Not as if I actually really cared, just wondering.
Without hesitation I quickly strode through the door and into the kitchen. Gratefully it was rather empty, we had like early noon after all and the only occupants were my mom and a few of her friends.
“Morning, mom.”
Quickly giving her a peck on the forehead I got to preparing a little breakfast for us, nothing too complicated though, mind you, I never said I could cook. But I at least made a quiet decent sandwich.
“Making lunch for your honey, Kyle?” Scrunching my face up in disgust I turned to partially face my mother.
“Urgh, mom, don’t call him my honey. Now I can never say it again without thinking about how wrong it sounds coming out of your mouth.” Totally untypical my mom just snorted.
“And how wrong do you think it feels to know that my son is together with my ex-boyfriend and your fathers long time best friend?” I finished putting the sandwiches on a tray and turned to leave the room.
“Don’t remind me.” I grumbled sourly while stepping through the door and making my way to the make shift stable. Getting there I paused in the doorway for a second just looking at Ayden and listening to him saying soothing nothings in the horses mane.
“You’re gonna be fine, girl. Right after school I will get the truck out of the garage and we will take you home, alright?” Stepping through the door I set the tray of food down on a counter loudly.
“Who ever said I was gonna let you back home?”
I smiled when he slightly jumped and whirled around to face me with a scowl covering his pretty features. I wasn’t joking though. Just thinking about him leaving me behind – even if it was only for a small amount of time – was getting me mad, besides I felt way too happy when I woke up with him in my arms this morning as that I could let go of that feeling again.
Even so his face told me he wouldn’t dream about coming to live with me and I might admit that housing a horse in a house full of wolves could be a problem.
“I’ve got an own house to look after, Kyle. Besides do you really think Sinister’s comfortable here? I could never do that to her and you know that.” He had taken a few steps towards me and seemed to wait expectantly for me to agree, so I eventually did.
“Are you really gonna tell me you wouldn’t miss how the past day went? I mean without the injury. By the way, let me have a look, you said you were gonna be fine, but…”
“Kyle!” He cut me off with a slightly cocked brow. What would I do? “Huh?”
“You were rambling, baby.” Instantly my face softened and I calmed down. His voice and entire attendance just had that kind of effect on me.
“Besides of course I am going to miss you, especially waking up next to you, but it’s not like we’re gonna stop seeing each other entirely. We will still see each other at school, though we can’t do much then, and you can always tag along with me and sinister. And naturally you can come over whenever you want, too, Kyle.”
