Hanna's POV

I caressed my mother's face with my left hand while Caleb squeezed my right one reassuringly. I was glad that the last time I would ever talk to my mother is when I am surrounded by my loved ones. I couldn't face this situation on my own.

"You OK Hanna?" Caleb asks me quietly. I wipe a tear away from my face and muster up a smile.

"I'll be fine Caleb," I reassure him.

He smiles at me then looks up at Kendall and Kylie and the boys.

It's then that I hear a familiar voice from up above me.

It couldn't be?

But it is...

"Hanna! Help! He's gonna get me!" A voice that only belonged to one person and one person only: my mother...

"Mum! What?" Caleb looked at me with the upmost confusion and bewilderment. He couldn't comprehend how this was possible. Neither could I. Certainly the face that I was caressing belongs to my mother? There is no one in the world like her!

Caleb searches the body for any pieces of evidence that this is a fake figure of my mother until finally he pulls a piece of 'her face' off slowly.

He keeps peeling until the face is completely exposed.

I will kill A!

They threw a frigging doll out the window and pretended that it was my mother!

They faked the piercing scream!

They let me believe that my mother was dead. They watched me caress her face and hold her hand and watched as a mile long river formed using my tears.

I couldn't comprehend this!

I couldnt understand how someone could be this spiteful... this deceiving... this... cold-blooded. What did I ever do to this person to make them hate me?

I feel a rush of adrenaline run through my body followed by uneasiness and the tensing of my bones.

"Caleb... come with me," I get up and drop the doll's hand with a thump.

"Where are we going?"

"To save my mother!" I say and I grab his hand and lead him too the big white doors of the Town Hall.

Fortunately the door is open- some A this was- and so Caleb and I sprint up the stairs too the top of the building.

We hear thumping noises and screams and shouts coming from above us and it makes us run faster. Nervousness penetrates my body making me feel sick.

Caleb takes my trembling hand in his and pulls me up the stairs. My legs run faster than I ever thought was possible! Stuff that up your ass all of those PE coaches that said I ran like a penguin and just waddled my way around the track!

Caleb bursts open the door with the upmost force.

Everything happens in slow motion after that...

Caleb runs in and shouts "No!" at the top of his lungs.

I follow in his footsteps and watch as A holds my mother by the neck over the open window.
