so you aren't confused this is Jess' P.O.V.
"I'm soo sorry izzy you shouldn't have listened to me." I said it was my fault I told her to take the car for a ride "its not your fault I should have been more careful." she said rubbing her eyes they looked a bit puffy "but I have great news aunt grace has a friend that can help fix Melissa's car," I tried to say cheerfully "that's great, but how are we going to pay for it and more importantly how are we going to get the car fixed without Melissa knowing?" she asked. That's a good question.

Isabella's POV
Jess walked back to the car to inspect the damage while I sat on the bench trying to figure out a plan. "I called a tow truck to take us to the mechanics." jess said as she stared at her phone "thanks I'll pay for the tow." I sighed defeated "now we just need a ride to the mechanics."
"no need to look for a ride we got it covered." jess said as she slide her phone in her back pocket "we?" I questioned "come on no need to worry your pretty little head." jess said dragging me to stand "let's get some hot cocoa?" she said. Jess knew hot cocoa would cheer me up when ever I was down or sadden by something "please since your paying for the tow guy I want to buy you hot cocoa and plus we can wait for our ride to get here," I just looked at her "come on, come on." she said sounding like she was calling a puppy to waddle to her, while poking my shoulder I couldn't help but smile at my best friend "fine."
I said letting her pull me across the street to a little café which sign read, 'McMullen's café family owned and operated since 1932'. It looked so cozy looking in from inside window and plus it was getting kind of cold out here. I opened the door and a warm breeze rushed over my cheeks making me smile as we walked in.
It was a small café with plush couches and bean bag chairs instead of hard stools and a wooden fire in the back showcasing the stoned fireplace and different desserts displayed in the shelf ranging from American desserts to Scottish and even French pastries, while the color scheme of it reminded you of fall with it's rich reds and tans with green accents the smell in the air was of gingerbread houses and pumpkin cake.
Not many people were in there since McMullen's was three blocks away from a Starbucks, but there were just enough to keep the business going.
"Welcome to McMullen's sit anywhere you'd like." a plump woman with rosy cheeks splashed with freckles said while setting out candles on little tables.
I sat down on one of the bean bags by the fireplace while jess went to get the hot cocoa. 'it's so peaceful in here.' I thought to my self while staring at the fire, suddenly an idea came to my mind and I pulled out my pocket sized sketchbook with a pencil and began sketching out the cafe from the plump woman, who was now taking jess' order to the fireplace with a warm glow around it. As I finished up jess came back with two mugs of homemade cocoa and a big banana nut muffin "you honestly carry a small sketch book in your pocket?" she questioned trying to sound serious "mmhm," I nodded "just as you keep tarot cards in your purse." I said trying to sound equally as serious, but failed miserably "hey never know when you're gonna need your fortune told." she said sitting down "and you never know when an idea pops into your head." I noted putting the sketchbook back into my pocket and taking one of the mugs.
the hot cocoa tasted so good and it only made it better when a candy cane was added to it as a stirring stick the only thing that bothered me was when ever I took a drink my glasses would fog up, while jess would just watch and laugh.
