I could tell this conversation wasn't going anywhere "I'm going to go back inside now...so..uh see ya,"I said backing towards the door "...or not." he smiled a little "uh..bye." I hurried to the door and pulled it open "hey izzy," I turned around "would you...would you like to go out sometime."

Isabella' POV

"what!" I said more of an insult that question.

I was clearly stunned, I mean I always dreamt of how he would ask me out, as if he ever would ask me out, but I never would have thought it would be like this.

" I said would you like to go out sometime?" he half smiled

so many questions were going through my head 'is this right?' 'should I be going out with him after he just broke up with Juliana?' 'what if he does like me and I'm just being too paranoid?' so I said the first logical thing that popped in my head "you're joking right?" he walked closer to me to where we were about six feet from each other "i know it's sudden...and with the whole break up thing," he looked directly into my eyes. And I gotta say if I wasn't standing so close to the door I think I would have fallen from his gaze. "i just wanted to get my mind off of things for a while and hang out with someone that's...real." " so....you want to hang it with me?" I questioned again this time he grabbed my hand, his hand was so warm "yes." he stated I was at a loss for words.

I was about to answer when I heard the sound of plastic cups being knocked onto the floor I looked over and out of the corner of my eye I saw jess peaking around the corner. I just rolled my eyes and turned back to Ethan "uh sure..that sounds nice." I smiled before scooting back into the door and heading to jess "what were you doing?" " yeah ," jess said looking in the living room "and looks like the party is dying down too." "wanna sleep over?" I asked walking back into the living room being careful not to trip over some people who decided to camp out on the floor "sure." she said as she ran upstairs "alright, alright everyone time to leave." I said stopping the music "Hey why did you stop the music?" some guy in aviator shades whined "yeah it's only 1:20!" another girl in ripped shorts yelled "well it's time to go-" "hurry up and get out of MY HOUSE!" Melissa slurred from the top of the stairs, my guess was she was a bit drunk mostly because she had a martini glass in her hand and her robe on with a mud mask, her usual look for when she gets boozed up "you heard the lady" I smiled walking over to the door and opening it for them "can you at least get my jacket?" a jock said "uh sure..just wait here" "where else am I gonna wait in the yard." he retorted and high fives a guy next to him I rolled my eyes and quickly walked in the back to grab the remaining jackets. As I went for the door handle I quickly stopped when I heard two people talking.
