Hide Away

Chapter 9

Killian's POV

"Okay I understand." Emma says on the phone.

"Swan hurry up." I say.

"Okay yeah I'll tell him okay bye." She says and hangs up.

"Love, what was it about this time?" I ask.

"Henry got into a fight at school." She says.

"Again?" I question.

"Yes again. What are we gonna do about this?" She asks.

"I dont know." I say.

That night the kids were all getting ready for bed when Emma placed her head on my shoulder and kissed it.

"Im sorry about Henry." She says.

"I know love. He will tell us why he is fighting in the mean time I gotta tell the story." I say.

"Okay I'll be in bed." She says.

I walked into the bedroom and sat in the chair.

"Okay small ones where did mommy leave off?" I ask.

"Hook no member Emma." Avery says.

"Emma was saving him and in doing so it made him forget her." Henry says.

Emma backed away from Hook and was upset at what she was seeing.

"Lass Im not sure how you know me, but I can ensure you. I have never met you before." Hook says.

"Oh you know what I saw the Hook and it reminded me of a old friend. He used to play with a Hook and I lost him. I thought he was you. I guess not." Emma says.

"Thats okay love. I must get going." Hook says.

"No! Dont go just yet. Come with me to the local pub just one drink. If you want Pirate." Emma says.

"Rum and a pretty lady I like that." Hook says.

Emma led Hook to the local pub and they say in the back. Emma watched as Hook looked at every girl in the place. She was angry with jealousy.

"Hook do you think our paths will cross again?" Emma asks.

"No. I wont be coming back to this kingdom. Im heading back to Neverland. Who knows when I'll return." Hook says.

Emma's heart was broken there was no way to fix her. Looking at this man she was falling for was killing her because he didnt know she loves him and he didnt remember her.

"Why leave?" Emma asks.

"Because the man they call Charming gave me this paper. It says go or die. I usually like staying around and causing problems, but something inside me is saying that I need to be alive." Hook explains.

Hook then got up from his seat and went to the bar to order another drink.

"Hello Dearie. I can make him remember if you make another deal with me." Rumple says sitting across from Emma.

Emma looked at Hook at the bar and then back at Rumple.

"What kind of deal?" Emma asks.

"Okay thats all for tonight." I say.

"But daddy? You cant leave it like that." Henry says.

"You need to tell more." Caleb says.

"Why is Rumple a big meany?" Avery asks.

"Already nighty night." I say.

I turned off the light and walked out Emma was fast asleep so I climbed into the bed and kissed her head. She made it hard for me so I returned the favor.
