At around this time, the regular infantry joined Revius at the front. They marched for a small period of silence before their objective came into view. It appeared to be some sort of firebase, this sight triggered feelings of nervousness, and excitement in Revius and the other soldiers. Suddenly a flash of bright orange light was seen coming from the firebase. Revius zoomed in on the light to find it growing larger and larger, when he realized that it was a massive shell aimed at the line, and at him! He quickly crouched as low as he could as the shell blurred overhead and detonated with a reverberating THOOM! Revius didn't wait for the allied cannons to return fire, he raised his own cannon and took aim on the front gate of the firebase. With a pull of a trigger the line charged forward. Following immediately, the enemy forces launched a counter attack. Revius steeled himself for the coming onslaught. With a blast of fire the two sides began firing, sprinting, and falling dead. Revius fueled by the rage of the fallen warriors sprinted into the enemy's lightly armored front line. He fired with his machine gun into the crowd of foes taking off limbs and tearing through armor. With every step there was a crunch of bone, with every pull of the trigger there was a splatter of blood. The terror Revius instilled distracted the enemy from the imminent bayonet charge coming from the soldiers. Like an ocean wave the attacking line crashed into the enemy. Screams of agony and roars of rage echoed across the battlefield. Revius left the brutal melee to take the main objective. As he approached the walls of the firebase, hundreds of bullet impacts pinged off of his hull.

"Hull integrity at 95%" Righteous Fury said.

Revius stormed into the firebase's now destroyed front gate and was met with a fearful sight. Three heavy turrets, a tank, and a goliath battlewalker. Using his quick reflexes Revius narrowly avoided a maelstrom of projectiles and laser blasts that melted the ground behind him. His only hope was to get in close before the tank and the three turrets blew him to pieces, while also avoiding the battle walker's titanic fists. Drawing his officer blade he weaved his way into striking distance where he engaged the battle walker in close combat.

The walker immediately attempted to grab onto Revius's hull, but Revius met this attack with a well placed strike against the walker's left leg. The blade slashed through metal plates and hydraulic cables. This didn't phase the battle walker, it followed with a savage uppercut into Righteous Fury's hull. Inside Righteous Fury, Revius could hear the system straining to continue running smoothly. A small alarm began to trill, "Hull integrity now at 58%." Righteous Fury said. Using sheer will Revius broke from the walkers grasp and plunged his blade deep inside the enemy's "chest." The massive machine screeched and shuddered as its gears and mechanical systems shredded themselves apart. The mighty walker began to gush hydraulic fluid, just as blood would drain from a wound. With all of his strength Revius dragged the sword upwards through the cockpit of the dying walker, completely destroying the pilot's body inside. Revius quickly shoved the now lifeless metal corpse over, successfully crushing the tank that was preparing to fire. The turrets who were waiting for a clear shot began to pummel Righteous Fury's damaged hull. Revius was beaten down into the ground by the relentless pounding on his armor. When suddenly the thudding and beating stopped. Revius looked through his visor to see that all three turrets lay in ruins and at the gate stood the rest of the platoon, with their weapons smoking.
