Chapter 1: Mystery Guest

As the two boys sat sharpening their weapons, a whoosh of magical atmosphere swept through the dark jungle.

Pan looked up from sharping his dagger. A smile spread across his face as his heart skipped a beat.

He knew exactly who was on his island and he was going to go find her.

He sheathed the newly sharpened dagger and started walking into the darkest part of the jungle.

"Where are you going?" Felix asked, placing his now sharpened spear down next to him.

"To welcome our new guest to the island." Pan smirked without turning around and continued to walk.

"Who is it, Pan?" Felix called to his friend. Pan stopped and turned around to face the tall blond boy.

"The same one who gave you that scar." Pan said pointing to the scar that ran across Felix's face. Felix smirked and went back to sharpening the spear as Pan walked deeper into the jungle.

a few hours later

Pan trudged through the dark jungle, hoping to not meet up with any of Henry's family.

It had been several hours since the guest appeared on the island, but she wasn't gone. Oh, no. Pan would've noticed.

He walked on until he stopped at a clearing where his thinking tree was located. He had to take a break, he had been walking for hours looking for someone who can disappear if not wanted to be seen.

Pan walked towards his tree and sat against the trunk, he pulled his legs up to his chest and wrapped his arms around his shins. His head tilted back against the trunk of his tree and closed his eyes.

He knew no would find him, no one else knew of the tree, the only people who knew were him, Felix, and Ki-

His thoughts were interrupted by a branch snapping nearby.

Pan smirked knowing who it was, the mystery guest has decided to show herself.

He stood up, dusted himself off, and clasped his hands behind his back.

"I know you're out there, Kitty. I could smell your perfume a mile away." He called out. A giggle echoed through the dark jungle making Pan melt inside.

"No need to be rude, Panny." The voice taunted from behind him. He whipped around and turned to face his tree.

"Come on out, Kitty dear. You know I missed you." He smirked. The voice giggled again.

"And what if I don't wanna?" The voice asked. Pan's smirk grew.

"Well, I'll just have to come and get you. And we both know that won't end well." He chuckled darkly. He looked up on a thick branch that he normally sat on. A huge grin appeared and floated in mid air.

Slowly, a girl's body formed, first a small button nose, her purple cat-like eyes next, and one eyebrow cocked, like Pan would do. Her purple cat ears twitched, listening for anyone who dared to disrupt the moment. Her lavender colored hair was in two pig-tails adjacent to each other on her head, her arms were propped up on her elbows and her head was in her hands. The girl was lounging on her stomach as her legs kicked behind her, her knees resting on the branch. Her purple striped dress hung around her thighs, it normally reached her knees but when visiting Pan it somehow hitched up to mid-thigh. She was wearing purple tights with black high-heeled ankle boots, with magenta colored fur lacing the cusp of the boots.

"Hello, Cheshire Cat." He smirked.
