A couple of years ago, in October, I met the love of my life in passing. It's a funny thing how life works, you never know who you might end up with, if anyone at all. It may be someone whom you already know or even someone who walked past you in the fruit aisle at your local Supermarket when your mum dragged you out the house by your ear to help with grocery shopping.
This is our story, and it begins on an escalator.
One thing you should know about me is that I'm deathly afraid of heights, to the point that I quiver and quake without someone to hold onto. Furthermore, it's a tendency of mine to keep my eyes trained on my destination, but, on this particular day, not even a safety net could've stopped me from attempting to drill holes into my boot clad feet with the intensity of my stare.
