Chapter 7

ALANNAH'S POV

This morning I woke up happier than ever. I can't believe my first kiss was so amazing and with Xavier.

I got out of bed and of course turned on my iPod. Walking into the bathroom, I did everything I needed to do. Putting on a long peach sweater, a pair of blue skinny jeans, and some black boots. I was feeling lazy so I put my hair in a messy bun and no-makeup. Grabbing my bag, Galaxy, and iPod I headed down stairs.

"Morning every...one." I said, entering an empty dining room.

"Helloooo? Anyone home?" I asked, walking around the house looking for everyone. I walked into the kitchen to see a note on the island.

It said:

Good Morning, Alannah. We have a very important meeting to attend to. See you to night.

Turn Note____

Hey Baby, I had a lot of fun with you last night. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for when you woke up. Have fun today.

P.S. I have a surprise for you, it's in the garage.

After reading the note, I tossed it into the trash. I grabbed some bread and Nutella to make breakfast.

Grabbing my Nutella covered bread and stuff, I walked to the garage to see my surprise.

"OH.MY.GLOB." I said, looking at the beauty in front of me. There sitting in the garage was a white Audi r8.

"I love you, Xavier." I whispered, ripping off the red bow on the hood and opened the door that was unlocked.

The keys were already in the ignition. I looked around my new car and smelled it. It smelled like a new car. It had black soft black leather seats, black tinted windows, and a sort of bluish theme to it.

After admiring the car, I noticed a note on the dashboard.

Dear Alannah,

I just couldn't let you go around the city without a hot ride. The car is all yours. You can do as you please with it.

Smiling, I turned it on. It just brought me pure joy to hear that engine roar.

"I think I'm gonna cry." I said, sniffing and wiping away tears.

I immediately connected my iPhone to the radio.

"Vivir La Vida By: Antony Santos"

"I LOVE THIS SONG!" I shouted, blasting the music.

Reaching the house gate I stopped.

"Hmm... Let's try you out." I said, slamming my foot on the accelerator going 60 mph.

Thirty Minutes Later.

Pulling up at the school's parking lot, I could see everyone's eyes on my  new ride. I parked at an empty spot and turned off the engine. Putting my keys in my bag, I stepped out of the car.

After making sure my baby was locked, I started walking to the school. I could feel everyone's eyes on me all the way.

Ah, What a beautiful Monday morning at the awesome Wast Burke High School. HA! NOT!

I thought to myself as I reached my locker. I took out some of the stuff I would need today like my planner, cooking book, social studies book, math notebook, and "No way out" a Bluford series that we were reading in Content Reading. After getting everything I needed, I went my way.
