"I can't believe you're getting married in next few months!" Mukti said and Nandini removed her earrings.
"I know.. Its very hard to digest for me too" nandini said and picked up her changes and went inside the washroom while mukti kept wondering whether manik's the one for her best friend or not.
Nandini came outside once she had changed.
"You think I took the right decision mukku?" Nandini asked.
"I don't know.. On the first place I didn't understand how come you said a yes so soon! Isn't this something you'd want to think over a lot of time before you take a step?" Mukti asked.
"Yes.. Yes.. I don't know what happened. When I was with him I had some vibes in me going on which said that I should go for this. Which said he's the one may be! But.. I think this was like a quick decision!" Nandini said.
"Oh.. Don't worry dear its gonna be fine" Mukti said and hugged her.
"Ok.. Don't you wanna see your gifts?" Mukti asked to cheer Nandini up.
"Sure!!" She said and they started unpacking Mukti's stuff.
"Mukti are you thinking of going to your house?!" Nandini's mother asked as she came in.
"Aunty... I don't know.." Mukti said and Nandini asked her Amma to go out through actions and said she'll handle her.
"Mukku. I completely understand that you don't want to go there. But think of it.. You know what even I'll live with you there. If that makes you feel any better!" Nandini said and Mukti looked at her.
"Ya.. The only thing I'm worried is.."
"Is?!" Nandini asked.
"Is.. How am I gonna clean that place?! It must be full of dust and crap!" Mukti said with a wink and nandini threw a pillow at her.
"Mukti. I'm serious!" Nandini said.
"Hm.. I know.. We'll clean that place tomorrow and you better live with me there!" Mukti said and Nandini smiled.
"Now show me my gifts!" Nandini said
"Here.." Mukti handed her a packet.
Nandini opened it up real carefully it was a beautiful earrings and a pendant set.
