"You kissed?" Mukti asked me at top of her voice. We were in my house at Mumbai. She had came to my place as a surprise.

"Yes, but that was just a... I don't know Mukti." I said and handed her the juice.

"Nandini what about the appointments for the divorce."

"I don't know Mukti, I just don't. Everything is very messed up right now, I just don't understand what to do."

"Nandini what actually happened after the kiss?" Mukti asked me.

"OK.. When he kissed me I was lost but then the fact that I got a call from lawyer got into my mind and I pushed him. After that there was silence for few minutes. Then he told me that he got a call from his lawyer too, I said I'll fix it, when I turned to go he held my hand asked me if we really have to do this. And then I looked at him, I asked isn't that what we chose, do you doubt our decision? He said no its fine we'll fix an appointment. That's it we called it a night and all the way back we didn't speak a word to each other."

"ok." Mukti said and hugged me.

"I didn't wanted that to happen Mukti, I expected him to say that yes I doubt our decisions. Nandini I still love you I'm sorry for my mistakes can we work on it together? But no he didn't say any of this, forget these explanations he didn't ask for an apology Mukti. Do you think I'll be able to live with such a person, who doesn't even care anymore about us. "No No.. She won't." I said as I chuckled. Coco smelled him and went back inside.
