The "Auction" House, Brooklyn Heights: November 30th, 2013: 2:30 AM

Clyde Sarris III walked through the busy crowd of the courtroom turned Ballroom that was filled to the brim with the upper crust of New York's rich "Elite".

He figured most of them must have come from Park Avenue or somewhere on the upper side of New York.

He could see the stairs that lead up to the "Frat" rooms, where...well, he'd rather not dwell on what went on in those curtained rooms.

This wasn't why he was here to this "Charity" anyway.

He was here on business, and in order to do business, he needed to find the orchestrator of this charity.

He found him sure enough, in the corner, smoking a cigar that must have cost more than the money that a human life was measured against in all the time in the world.

Barton Taylor, a shipping magnate.

But this was what was known to those who were respectable enough to not look deeper past this side of the man, underneath, he was the crime boss of East Brooklyn.

And this place was running more than just the usual infidelity Charity fundraiser for a cause that no one here really cared about, what was "Muscular dystrophy" to people like this, they just came here to "have a good time".

And it was for this reason that Clyde Sarris III was here, and approached Boss Barton at his table.

Boss Barton noticed the very rich and in his 20's man approach him with two suitcases in his hands, and waved at his Body gaurds to search him.

When they found nothing, he twirled his cigar theatrically "Sorry for the pat down, but with the cops questioning me and the "Rumors" going around from mouths that money won't buy to keep quiet, I can't be too careful. You could have been wired and someone might be listing on the other end"

"I'm aware of your business dealings sir" Clyde Sarris III said with a heavy French accent, "that's why I remained so calm, I have nothing to hide"

"So what brings a man like you over to my table?" Boss Barton asked the young man, "you here to get a date with one of my girls?"

"Oh I'm not here to buy a one try deal..." Clyde Sarris III said showing Boss Barton two suitcases full of money he had, "I'm here to see the "Special" items you have on auction"

Boss Barton, warily, reached forward and opened the cases of money to check the contents.

"Well, well...." Boss Barton chuckled, "with the amount of green you have here, you'd be able to possibly buy three "Special Items" in our side auction!"

"So....Do we have a purchase?" Clyde Sarris III asked closing the cases of money, extending his hand.

Boss Barton received the hand, and the two shook, sealing the deal.

"It's a deal....But don't you want to see them first, pick them out before you spend your money son?" Boss Barton asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not if you don't want me to" Clyde Sarris III said with charm.

"Alright...." Boss Barton smirked, "Follow me"

As Clyde Sarris III followed the crime boss and his men out of the ballroom and down the stairs to the sub-basement level of the building, he was currently in conversation with a third party....in his mind.
