Lana's POV
I just sat there mouth agape, nothing coming out.
"Are you alright dear?" His mom asked me, putting eggs on her plate.
"Yeah. It's just I realized that you fixed a lot of food for just three people.." I lied, pushing a stand of hair behind my ear.
"Oh. Cameron is here." She smiled and my eyes widened.
"H-he's h-here?" I asked scarcely.
"Mhmm. Are you okay with that?" She asked me and I stared her with a blank stare.
"Yeah totally. I just have to use the bathroom." I lied.
"Oh. Nathan. Show her where it is." She said to him, making him stop stuffing his face with food.
He got up and led me to the bathroom.
Once we get there, I pull him into it.
"Wh-" he said but I cut him off by saying, "Cameron is my dad"
He stood there, trying to comprehend what I just said.
"He's your what?!" He yelled and I covered his mouth and shushed him.
"He's my father." I said sadly.
"So?" He shrugged.
"So? So?! Nathan, we won't be able to date if they get married!" I yelled/whispered.
"Oh.. right.." he trailed off.
All of a sudden, we hear a knock at the door.
"Lana? Is that you?" I heard a familiar deep voice say from outside the wooden door.
"Crap" I whispered.
"Lana, I need to speak with you for a minute." He said, knowing it was my Dad.
I sighed and opened the door.
"This is Nathan. Nathan, this is my dad and soon to be step dad." I said sadly.
"Hello sir" Nathan smiled.
"Hello... are you Debra's son?" He asked Nathan and he nodded.
"Oh I see where this is going.. you were dating him and found out that I am engaged to his mom so now you can't date?" He said and he read my mind.
I slowly nodded and he laughed.
"Sucks to be you" he laughed.
I gasp at his words.
"I can't believe you've turned out to a complete douche! I hate you as a father and I hate you as person! Mom would not be proud of you if she was still alive! In fact, it was your fault she died! You could have saved her but noooo! You didn't even care ab-"I was cut off by Cameron yelling.
"SHUT UP!!" He yelled, making me jump, "it isn't my fault she's gone. I tried everything to save that woman but there was no use. Can't you see i cared about her? I'm still not over her! I freaking loved her and I will never ever stop doing so! So if you think that I don't care about her, I would rethink that. I love her more than you! You were a big freaking mistake!"
I just sat there in tears.
"I HATE YOU CAMERON DALLAS!!" I yelled, running out of the house.
I didn't know where I was running, but one thing's for certain... I'm never coming back.
