Lana's POV
"Dad" I whispered as I walked into his old room.

He turned over in his bed and his eyes lit up with joy.

"Lana?" He shot up in his bed.

"Dad!" I yelled in excitement, tears falling down my cheeks.

He opened his arms and I ran into his arms.

"I missed you so much Daddy" I whispered softly, wiping my happy tears off my face.

"I missed you more babygirl" he said smiling, wiping his little tears off his face.

"Knock knock" I hear someone say from behind us and I turned my head.

"Lana!?" Nathan exclaimed shocked to see me.

"Nathan" I whispered and ran into his arms.

"I missed you too" he laughed, hugging me tight.

I part the hug and smile.

"I've missed that smile" he smiled, making me smile.

"I've missed yours too" I laughed.

After about 5 seconds of us staring into each others eyes, Nathan spoke.

"Gosh. I've missed you" he said hugging me again.

I slowly hugged back.

"Didn't you miss me too?" He asked me, staring into my eyes.

I stumbled with my words, trying to find the right ones to say.

"Nathan, can I talk to you outside?" I asked pulling him towards the door.

We walk out and I sigh.

"What's up Lana? Is everything okay?" He asked me, holding my hands as I slowly pull them away.

He looked at me with confusion and hurt.

"Nathan, I'm in love with someone. It's hurting me to try to love him while I still have feelings for you. I don't wanna love you anymore, but something's just pulling me towards you. I can't control it, Nath. I feel guilt when I say I love him when I still love you. Nathan, I just want to thank you. I want to thank you for being nothing but nice to me. Thank you for being such a great person to me and to everyone you saw around you. You really are an amazing person. Nathan, I will always love you and I will always care. But I just don't see myself with you for the rest of my life. I know that sounds ridiculous, but I only date people I can see myself with when I'm 100 years old. I'm so sorry Nath." I confessed and looked at my feet.

Nathan stood there, staring at me with hurt eyes.

"Nathan, please talk to me," I pleaded, "Nath-"

"You can't expect me to talk to you when you just shattered my heart!" He interrupted yelling.

"I'm sorr-"

"Sorry doesn't cut it this time, Lana. I'm so in love with you, words can't even describe it. I guess you don't feel the same way." He interrupted me again, walking off.

"Nathan! Wait!" I yelled, tears falling down my cheeks.

"No Lana! I waited my entire life, waiting for you to love me the same way I did you! You just ruined it, so stay out!" He yelled and stormed off.

I covered my face with my hands and walked back inside.

"Lana!" I heard someone yell through the house. Cameron.

I ran upstairs and into his room.

"What's up Dad?" I asked sitting on his bed.

"Nothing mu- why are you crying?" He asked sternly.
