Book 2: Chance 《Completed》

Taeyeon did her morning routine before driving her car to the hospital.

She can start working again today, and also, tonight is the party.

Driving peacefully, her phone vibrated right when the light turned red. Her leg pressed the break pedal, before checking on her phone.

Baekhyun ^^
Open your left window.

She opened it to see a familiar car with Baekhyun in it. Smiling, she waved to him excitedly. He replied her wave.

The light turned green, and she quickly focusing on the road, driving her car once again.

Joohyun knocked the door, which Taeyeon responded afterwards.

"This is your files." Joohyun handed her a few files, and she accepted it with a thanks. "With whom will you go to the party?"

"Miyoung. I know you will bring Taehyung." Taeyeon said, making Joohyun smiled at the name.

"See you tonight then. I'm waiting for a gorgeous Taeyeon." Joohyun said.

"Me too, hyun." She replied, and Joohyun made her way out.

As Taeyeon was studying the file, Baekhyun suddenly called her. "Taeng. Who will you bring along tonight?"

"Miyoung." She answered, and suddenly has an idea to tease him. "But I think I want to change my mind to Taehyung."

"Just bring Miyoung."

"It is better if I choose Taehyung. I can dance with him." She said, and almost laughing at the thought. She never dance in her life, especially with a guy.

"I warn you Kim Taeyeon. Don't bring him."

"Why can't I?"

"Then say goodbye to your boyfriend."

He ended the call without even waiting for her response. She was speechless about how he get jealous that easily.

She left her room, walking to his room. Greeting Daehyun, she made an excuse to get into Baekhyun's room.

"Baek?" She closed the door.

Baekhyun glanced at her for a second. "If there isn't any important thing, get out from my room." He said coldly.

"Baek, don't be mad. I'm joking." She said.

"Go to your Taehyung."

"He already has Joohyun as his fiance, I don't want to become a third wheeler. If not, maybe I already go to him straight away." She teased.

Baekhyun gritted his teeth, standing up, absolutely going out. She quickly grabbed his arm, blocking him. "Okay, I'm sorry. This is all a joke. Forgive me, huh?"

Baekhyun's eyes softened, as he looked down at her. "Sure, but in a condition."

Taeyeon raised her eyebrow, and red immediately spread all over her cheeks when Baekhyun pointed his index finger to his lips.

"What the hell baek. We're in the hospital." She protested.

"Who cares? Then I'll not for--"

His words was cut with a peck on his lips from her. He was speechless at the moment, since that is the first time she kisses him first.

Smirking, he said, "That is a peck, not kiss."

"Come on Baek. I've an appointment in two minutes." She said.

He linked his arms around her waist, pulling her closer. "Just a minute, huh?"

He pressed his lips on hers, both of them closed their eyes, enjoying the feeling.

Her phone rang, and she quickly pulled away, blushing hard.

"That must be Joohyun. Gotta go." She said, running away from him to the door.

Baekhyun chuckled at her adorable action, while Daehyun looked at them in curiosity about what happened inside.
