"Yup... Called it..."
"There's no freaking way!"
"Just yesterday, they were having a stand off and now they're good buddies?!"
"He had to have done their homework or paid her or something!"
We walked through the school gates. We, as in, Issei, Akeno, Rias, Ophis, whom's name around Devils right now is Yuri, and myself. I knew the school was gonna have a fit over this, but I didn't think they'd freak out too badly. I was wrong.
"What's happening?! Is he supposed to be cool now?!"
"Yes! And I think it's working!"
I grinned at that last part, relieved that at least SOMEONE had somewhat complimented my brother. I glanced back at Akeno.
"Let the gossip games begin, eh?"
Akeno giggled at that as I rolled my eyes.
"I'll send someone to fetch you later."
I glared at Rias as we stopped at the door to the main foyer. I looked up at Akeno as Rias spoke with Issei.
"So, see ya around?"
"Yup. I'll see you after school at the ORC. You excited to come see the inside of the Old School?"
"Yyyyyeeeaaa... ... Mmm, not really. Kinda got my mind on 'other' things right now."
I motioned to Rias when I said 'other'. Akeno frowned, then bent down and hugged me.
"It'll be alright. I promise. If Rias gets out of line or plans anything bad, I'll just remind her of you."
She winked at me, then pecked my cheek before standing up and walking away with Rias. Issei, however, was still confused.
"Hey, Rias! Hold on a second! Shouldn't I head to cla-"
"WHAT THE-"
I grabbed Issei and pulled him and Ophis back, letting him avoid Matsuda's punch. The bald perv turned to us, fuming.
"Is that how it is?! How're we supposed to be bros when you pick the big ones off the DL, man?!"
"Matsuda, there's no need for that."
Motohama placed a hand on Matsuda's shoulder to try and back him down.
"But he's fronting!"
"Issei's our pal. Let's give him time to explain. Where did you go and what did you do after leaving yesterday!?"
I gave the boys unamused looks.
"Issei went home. It was me that invited the two over to our house. Truth be told, I received a letter in the mail saying I was a little behind in my studies. So, I asked for their advice for tutors. Turns out, they, themselves, volunteered for a day so I could get the hang of some of that school stuff."
Motohama blinked, then propped up his glasses.
"I see. Well, if that's really true, then we can let this go. I don't think they can touch you seeing as you're not even a high school student yet."
'I don't think there's an age limit for Devils...'
"Whatever you say, Motohama. I'm heading to the vending. You all want anything to drink?"
"Sure."
"Yea, man. I could use a soda."
"Bro?"
"Huh? Oh, yea, sure. I'll have something too."
I led them to the cafeteria, ignoring gossips as I did.
-----
"You seem very certain about them."
Akeno and I stopped as we heard a voice coming from the top of the staircase we were climbing. I looked to the railing of the overpass, seeing my friend and rival, Sona Sitri standing by a pillar.
"Hello, Rias. It's good to see you."
I smiled as I walked over.
"It's good to see you too, Sona."
I looked down at the group I left behind, smiling at Issei.
"I never thought I'd see you take on someone so impulsively. What's so special about him?"
"I'm not exactly sure yet, but I will say it's like I've adopted a younger brother. Speaking of which..."
Sona nodded.
"One of my peerage members notified me about the argument between you and Neito Hyoudou Shumitto. I sensed a strong presence in him. Stronger than anything I've ever seen, and yet, he's just a human middle schooler."
"That's what perplexes me the most. He knows many magical energies and properties in the form of Magic Circles. Even those from your library. He's a lot stronger than me even now when he has his signature hidden. He could easily kill me and you together."
Sona frowned as she watched Neito lead the group to the cafeteria.
"I see..."
-----
*DING* *DONG*
I snorted a little as I woke up at my desk from the sound of the final bell. I yawned and stretched a bit before laying back down. Ophis walked over to me from the desk on the other side of Issei. She stared at me for a moment before patting my head.
"Pat. Pat."
I smiled at her before ruffling her hair. Issei, despite his envy, smiled at the seen. He placed his head in his palm, looking out the window next to me, bored.
"I don't know who she's sending to fetch us, but they're sure taking their sweet a** ti-"
*SQUEAL*
Issei and I jumped while Ophis looked to the back doorway to the hall. I followed her gaze to a familiar blonde.
"Look! It's Kiba!"
Issei scoffed.
"'Like, oh my gawd, it's Prince Golden Nuts.' Shut up..."
I chuckled at Issei, then watched the interaction between Kiba and the girls of the class.
"You all are looking lovely today."
"You're looking better.~"
"I'm sorry the room isn't cleaner!~"
He walked out of the crowd of girls and smiled brighter when he saw us.
"Ah, there you are."
Issei blinked up at him in confusion.
"Um, yea, this is my desk."
"Excellent. I'm here on an errand for Rias Gremory."
"What? Wait, is this the fetching?"
Ophis grabbed my sleeve and squeezed it. I rose an eyebrow at her.
"What's wrong, Yuri?"
She frowned at Kiba, then stuck close to me. I immediately knew what was wrong the moment she got closer to me. She was concerned for me since we were heading to the headquarters of my murderer. I wrapped an arm around her and winked at Ophis.
"It's alright, Yuri. We got each other's backs. Besides, we should be concerned for Issei the most."
I looked back at Kiba and Issei as they were still having the conversation from before.
"Would you three mind coming with me?"
This got a negative reaction from the girls of the class.
"Oh, my god! Is Kiba-cakes about to walk out of here with Weasel Boy?"
"Kiba, don't do it! You'll catch pervert! You'll lose all your friends and smell like moldy meat!"
Issei groaned as he stood up.
"Everybody, just simmer down. I promise not to drain his pimp juice."
I laughed at that and followed them out towards the entrance. We soon got to the ORC, as it was only across the way. I stepped into the familiar lounge as Kiba shut the door.
"What's happening? Where are we?"
Issei looked to Koneko, perking up.
"Wait, I think I know her."
"Oh? Koneko Toujou was the first here and is a valued member of the Occult Research Club."
The white haired loli looked over to us, specifically Kiba and Issei.
"My friend Issei here thinks he might know you."
Koneko nodded at Issei as he scratched his head.
"I could be wrong there."
She looked over to me and Ophis, tilting her head in curiosity at me. I smirked.
"What? Never seen a junior high senior in his brother's high school?"
No response. I looked to Ophis before walking over and offering my hand.
"Name's Neito. Neito Hyoudou Shumitto. I'm Issei's lazy, younger, yet more responsible brother."
"Hey! That's... actually kinda true."
Koneko shook my hand.
"... Hi."
Ophis walked up next to me and copied my movements, holding out her hand.
"My name is, Yuri."
Koneko shook her hand too, but this time with a hint of uneasiness radiating off her. She was skeptical of Ophis. I could tell. My attention was brought to the sound of running water. I turned and saw a shower room with the silhouette of Rias inside. I knew long ago that this was just a tactic to try and appeal to me, or in this case, Issei. I ignored her as Issei was mentally freaking out.
"Your clothes are laid out when you're ready, Ms. President."
"Thank you, Akeno."
Issei silently whispered to himself frantically, but I overheard him.
"I just heard Rias take a shower! I love this club!"
I elbowed him.
"Do your best to keep that perverse side down, Issei. We're already playing a dangerous game here, and besides, it's very rude to spy."
He composed himself immediately, standing straight and dignified as he is when he's not perverted.
"Oh? Who is that?"
I looked back at the shower room, seeing Akeno standing just before it. I waved to her.
"Heya, Akeno. Long time no see... for about 4 hours."
She laughed, then walked over to us. Issei flinched as soon as she got close.
"It's alright. I'm not gonna bite. You're the new guy, huh? It's nice to meet you."
She bowed, then smiled at him.
"There's nothing to be nervous about. Everyone here is super nice. I'm Akeno. I'm the Vice President."
"Uh, I'm Issei Shumitto Hyoudou and I promise I'm not always this awkward."
Rias pulled back the curtain as she was coming out, fully dressed.
"Sorry to keep you waiting. I know it's terribly rude, but I didn't have time to wash up when I left your place this morning."
I muttered 'bullsh**' as Issei waved her off.
"Oh no. You're ho- fi- I mean, alright."
She smiled.
"Well, now that you've arrived, I think we're all here. Please, take a seat."
Issei sat down next to Koneko as Akeno and Kiba took the other couch. I stood with Ophis next to my brother as Rias leaned against her desk.
"We'd like to officially welcome you, Issei, to the Occult Research Club."
"Um... OK."
"But you should know the name of the club is just a front. This is meant to look like some kind of hobby."
"OK, so what is it really?"
"Well, since you asked, I'll be frank with you. I'm not the only Devil here, Issei."
Issei widened his eyes.
"Wait, are you telling me that's what you ALL are?"
"And the winged girl who attacked you the other day who was wearing a maid's outfit was something else. A Fallen Angel."
'Mittelt, I guess.'
"Some think we're the same, which isn't true. They wish to serve God, but it's too late for them. They're dark emotions have forced them into the Underworld. The confusion is understandable since they too walk the Earth misguiding humans, but they wish to please God, so they're constantly trying to wipe us Devils out and gain supremacy over our realm. Then there's the more recogn-"
"Alright, Rias. Hold the phone."
I facepalmed as I held a hand up at her.
"You're pouring out too much information at once here. He's already confused and bewildered, and probably not even understanding a word that's flying from your mouth."
I looked to Issei.
"The long and short of it, bro, is that this group of students are Devils and the black winged people who attacked us are Fallen Angels, who fell from heaven from bad intentions. Get it?"
"Yea. It's still some freaky deaky stuff, though."
"I'd say. When I found out about it myself, I was just as confused as you are, but the more you learn, the more you get used to it."
"I-I'm still a little overwhelmed here..."
"Remember Raynare Amano?"
Issei gasped in surprise at her name. Rias gave him a sly smile.
"Of course you do. How could you forget? You two dated once, didn't you?"
I growled.
"Rias... You're on thin ice already and cracking it by the second. REMEMBER what I told you."
She fidgeted before nodding. Issei shook a bit before gulping down a lump in his throat.
"Where did you hear that name? A-Actually, nevermind. I don't want to know. Look, I don't know how you know so much about me, but I'm beginning to get uncomfortable here, so maybe should just-"
Rias threw down a picture, showing him and Raynare when she was in disguise.
"R-Raynare!"
"That's right, Issei. It wasn't a dream. She's real."
He gawked at the photo before Rias smiled again.
"You remember this, don't you?"
"Of course I do, but how is this possible?"
"The girls you and Neito went out with are also Fallen Angels. They are made up of the same elements of the girl who attacked you last night."
"But that's the thing. Did we meet them? Matsuda and Motohama don't remember anything about her."
"We can erase human memory."
"What?"
"It usually ends up being the best thing for everyone, especially your parents."
She crossed her arms, closing her eyes.
"Once a Fallen Angel completes his or her goal, they erase all traces of human interaction from around the target."
"Wait, what goal?"
"You mean Raynare and Yuuma's? They needed to kill you, but only after confirming that there was something inside you two that made you dangerous."
"That explains all the weird stuff she was talking about. Something about God and a Sacred Gear."
"Yes. You have a Sacred Gear."
Akeno spoke up to explain.
"It's basically an intense and unique artifact found in a rare few. In fact,t eh only ones I know of who have Sacred Gears are historical figures, so you're kind of a big deal around here."
"Yes, and the thing is, this power can be so uncontrollable that those who have them become a threat to the Underworld. Issei? Please hold up your left hand."
"Uh, K. But I'm not good at catch."
I chuckled at Issei's attempt at humor as Rias crossed her legs.
"Close your eyes and think of the part of your body that you feel is the strongest. Focus in on that strength and then release it."
"Wait, so we're doing this now? There's a lot of pressure..."
"It'll get easier if you focus."
"Alright. Alright. I'm focusing."
I watched him as he strained his mind. I shook my head with a sigh.
"Bro. Stop. You aren't getting anywhere like that."
He breathed and panted a bit.
"Keep tryin', brother. It'll get easier the stronger you get."
"Thanks, Neito, but... I don't know. Are you sure this isn't some kind of mistake?"
Rias shook her head.
"A Fallen Angel found you threat enough to try and kill you. It's NOT a mistake."
"Yea, and she put a glowing rod in me and somehow I'm still here! How does THAT work?!"
Rias pulled up a bloody flyer.
"Do you remember this?"
"Yea...?"
"Just before your life ended, you summoned me with your thoughts through this flyer. And so, that day you were revived and reborn as an honored member of the House of Rias Gremory, daughter of the Great and Powerful Zeoticus Gremory."
She, and her crew sprouted their Devil wings.
"Which means you are my Devil's Servant."
Issei backed away in shock, then gagged when Devil wings of his own shot from his back. Akeno giggled.
"Isn't this so exciting? You're really one of us now."
"We're glad to have you. Welcome, Issei."
"I-I... I don't... Neito? Are you a Devil as well and you never told me?"
I growled, my expression going dark.
"No. For the time being, I'll never become scum like Rias."
Kiba narrowed his eyes at me upon that statement as Koneko and Akeno frowned. I ignored them.
"I'm only here to make sure you're safe, and so is Yuri here."
"Big Brother Issei must, be safe."
"Heh, that's right. We got your back, Issei. If everything becomes too much to handle, I'll find a way out for you."
I glanced at Rias.
"Even if a little RED needs to be spilled."
She was irked at that, but didn't retort. Instead, she sat the flyer down and sat down on the couch.
"The way this works is we grant power to humans for a price we both agree on. It used to be that people would draw Magic Circles to summon us, but that became a little... complicated, so now we make house calls and personal deliveries."
Akeno sat down a few stacks of flyers on the table as Issei nodded.
"Makes sense..."
He began to pack them in as Rias continued the explanation.
"Ordinarily we'd have a messenger Demon make the run, but for you to get the best experience in this job, you should start from the bottom and work your way up."
She leaned down to his ear, making me uneasy.
"If you do well, you may get to have your own servants that you can use in any way you'd like."
Issei jumped up.
"I'm into that! I want some servants!"
"Well, that all depends on your efforts."
"Let's say my efforts are awesome. Does that mean my servants have to do everything I tell them to?"
"That's right."
"And they're mine, so I can do whatever I want with?"
"Yes."
"You know where I'm going with this right?!"
"Issei!"
He jumped and looked to me as I lowered my voice.
"Pack your flyers, dude. You won't get any servants if you stand here rambling."
He nodded and continued packing in flyers to his bag. I pointed at my eyes, then at Rias. She gave no response, but the message was given. Issei finished packing and said his farewells as he left. When the door shut, I was still facing it. When I turned around, I felt a blade on the verge of being pressed against my throat. I summoned my own blade and blocked it.
"I don't like the way you act around my-"
"Oh! A challenger, eh? Well then. I'm always eager to teach new and old things to 'friends' like you. Lesson 1..."
I turned and kicked the hand holding the sword, knocking it out of his grip and having it get stuck in the wall.
"Catch your opponents off guard. Lesson 2..."
I smacked him upside the head with the flat side of the sword.
"Use any opportunity to your advantage. You should work on your dodging, friend, and let me be clear about something."
I gripped him in the psychokinesis I had in Rias yesterday and pulled him up where I was looking him dead in the eyes.
"You try anything like that again, whether or not Issei is around, and I will END you."
I threw him down, turning my sword to dust.
"I'm glad we could have this chat."
Rias leaned back on the couch.
"My apologies for my knights behavior. Now, let's talk about you and Yuri. What exactly-"
"Hold it."
I stuffed my hands in my pockets as I leaned against a bookshelf.
"You must not have good memory, Rias, or you expected me to forget our little talk yesterday."
She began to sweat nervously as she closed her eyes again.
"I told you that I am NOT doing ANY business with you other than with Issei, whether it's protecting him from you or anyone else or it's simply helping him with your tasks. That was it. Do you not remember, or..."
I clenched my hand, making it burst with magic.
"Did I not give you the clean picture then?"
"I was going to ask you what made you hate Pureblood Devils."
I fell silent to that. My magic slowly lessened as I sighed.
"I don't need to explain myself. Even if my hatred isn't justified to you, I have my reasons. All you need to know is that I have two sides to my coin. One side loves my brother, and Yuri, and enjoys making new friends and making them happy... While the other side RELISHES hurting Purebred Devils in any way possible. I can make you cry, make you drown in pain, or just simply rip you to pieces, and my smile wouldn't even flinch or falter. I will enjoy every moment I have hurting you if you cross the line."
I gave her a sadistic grin, the shadows cast by the bookshelf making it that much more creepy.
"So I suggest you don't step over to my bad side if your want to live long enough to see Issei grow into a little 'pawn' in your game."
Rias fell silent with the rest of her group, and it remained that way till Issei got back, even though they were doing their own things. Issei soon returned through the door about an hour later.
"I've finished with my delivery!"
"Excellent job. I only have one last thing to ask of you. It seems Koneko is double booked with two summon requests."
"Oh, bummer."
"Take one and get some practice."
Koneko nibbled on her chocolate before looking at Issei.
"... That'd be super rad."
Issei bowed respectfully at Koneko.
"Uh, sure, no problem."
He looked back at Rias.
"So, I'm really doing it? I'm making a pact?"
*SHINE*
We all turned to Akeno, who made a Gremory Circle in the center of the room. Issei marveled at it as he backed up a bit from it, going next to Rias.
"This is a Transportation Circle. Hold out your left hand for me, if you would."
"Is this gonna hurt?"
"Of course not."
Rias traced the Gremory seal on Issei's left palm.
"This is a seal. It serves as proof you're a member of the House of Gremory. When you get to the client's location, don't panic. Just do what they ask and agree on payment for the sealing of the pact. You think you're ready for this?"
"Hell yes!"
Rias snickered at Issei's enthusiasm.
"Very cute. Alright, make me proud."
"I will!"
He walked into the Circle, but not before I stopped him. I grabbed his left hand again and traced another symbol on the back of his hand. It was a hand sized Indigo Circle.
"If you're ever in trouble, this'll tell me and I'll come to your aid before you get injured."
"Thanks, little brother."
I gave him a thumbs up and he strode into the center of the Magic Circle.
"Get this done and I'm one step closer to having my harem."
I rolled my eyes for the millionth time today and smirked at Issei as he was enveloped in light. Then... the Magic Circle diminished. Issei blinked when he saw he didn't teleport.
"The f***?"
Rias facepalmed, Kiba snickered sheepishly, Koneko didn't react at all, and Akeno sweatdropped.
"Whoopsie..."
"Pffft!"
I looked to Ophis when she started laughing hysterically. I'd... never seen her do this before. Rias sighed.
"No, no. It's OK."
"What is?"
"It looks like you can't make the jump yet, but there's another way."
Five minutes later, I'm looking out the ORC window to see Issei riding away on a bike.
"THIS SUCKS BALLS!!! WHAT KIND OF DEVIL IS SUMMONED ON A BICYCLE?!?!?!?"
I laughed myself, placing my face in my hand and shaking my head.
"What the f*** is wrong with us...?"
Ophis smiled in amusement as she was watching Issei speed away.
"Heh..."
"Oh my god, Op- Yuri. I have never seen you that hysterical in my life."
"That's because I've, never been that hysterical in my life."
"So, just now, you were nearly pissing your pants laughing, and that was the first actual time you laughed that hard?"
"Yea..."
I stared at her for a moment.
"Huh... Well, OK then."
"... Neito?"
I looked back at Koneko as she walked over to me.
"... Do you know martial arts?"
"Somewhat. I only know moves that are really effective. None of the basic stuff."
"... May I see?"
"You wanna spar?"
"... I'm curious to how powerful you are."
"So am I."
I looked to Akeno as she approached me.
"I wanna see how tough you really are."
"So, you're gonna observe our fight, then and ref, I suppose?"
"Yup."
"Where're we fighting, then?"
"... Out back will do."
"Alright. I'll see you out there."
I threw my hand up, teleporting out to the back of the ORC with an Indigo Circle. Ophis floated out after me as Koneko, Akeno, and the others walked out from the back entrance. Koneko stood a little ways in front of me while Ophis sat in the air comfortably on one side while the rest of the ORC members were on the other side.
"Alright, so an all out spar?"
"... Yup."
"Alright, well let's add a twist. If you land one hit on me, you win."
She rose an eyebrow, then nodded. Akeno threw her hand up, then down.
"Begin!"
Koneko ran at me with surprising speed for a girl like her. I ran backwards, shifting to the left and right, dodging all her punches as we rounded the clearing several times. I wasn't even trying to dodge her attacks, but she was giving it her all more and more as the fight went on. I closed my eyes and sent up a wall of ice through cyan Magic Circles, making her crash into it while I activated my magic. She came at me again and I sidestepped and tripped her. When she fell to the ground, I summoned a dark green Magic Circle, slamming her into various trees as I changed her gravity. She barreled through the dirt to the wall of the ORC, then widened her eyes when she saw a Gremory Circle appear in front of her. She didn't have time to react before she was blasted inside the Old School. I teleported after her, following her in. I ducked under another punch, then sent her gravity to the bookshelves. I teleported to her path and threw my hand up, punting her to the ceiling with a solid stone rock that shot from a brown Magic Circle. As soon as she planted onto the ceiling, she was shot down to the floor from the magic burst of an Indigo Circle. She backflipped over sharp icicles on the ground, then threw more punches, which were dodged with ease. I threw my hand to the side, blasting her with everything I had into another bookshelf, ending the fight there. I walked over to her, seeing her groan in pain. I snapped my fingers and a light green Magic Circle appeared under her, healing her wounds as its light shined on her. I held my hand out to her and helped her to her feet.
"You need practice with your dodging, first of all, and you definitely need to know where and when to hit and when to retreat and recuperate. Get what I'm sayin'?"
"... You're only human. How are you this strong?"
"I guess you could say I had practice. Get some rest, kid. You've earned it."
She nodded, then rubbed my head.
"... You're younger than me."
I chuckled.
"Whatever you say, buddy. I'll see you-"
*SNAP*
I felt an alarm hit me like a tidal wave. Issei was in trouble.
"Yuri! Take care of things here!"
I threw up my hand and teleported away before anyone could respond. I got there just in time to block a Light Spear as Issei dove out of the way. I snapped my fingers and the Indigo Circle broke apart. The woman dressed in a suit rose an eyebrow at me.
"What a surprise. I wouldn't have thought for you to show up as well, but I'm certain you're the secondary target I was assigned with. My name is Kalawarner and I have orders to destroy you."
She scanned me.
"This is truly unusual. Why are you two still alive?"
She sprouted her Fallen Angel wings, making Issei jump. I narrowed my eyes as another spear appeared in Kalawarner's hand.
"She should have taken care of this already."
She threw the spear at us and I blocked it with a Gremory Defense Circle.
"Is that a Gremory Magic Circle?"
"Heh, learn new tricks every day, don'tcha?"
"So you're the two Mittelt and Dohnaseek mistook for Strays. My, my. Isn't that interesting? The fact that you are members of the Gremory household makes it all the more important that you are destroyed!"
Issei looked down at his left hand, staring at it for a moment. I fended off the spears as I was waiting for him to summon his Sacred Gear. He growled and shut his eyes tight.
"FOCUS!!!"
A burst of energy blew from him as a red gauntlet materialized onto his left hand. He has unlocked his Sacred Gear, and not only that, but it appears that the waves of energy ripped away Kalawarner's clothes. I chuckled at her as she gasped at Issei.
"Is that a Sacred Gear? I've got better things to do! I'm going to let someone else deal with this crap!"
She turned and hauled a** into a portal.
"What's a Sacred Gear? This?"
I looked back at Issei, then held out my hand.
"C'mon, bro. Let's go back. Rias would want to hear this."
-----
"Congratulations, Issei. You've found it. Now that you have, all you need to do is determine whether or not you want to turn it on or off."
On cue to her words, Issei's red gauntlet disappeared.
"Wow, that's totally bada**."
"I'm so proud of you, Issei.~"
He blushed at Akeno.
"You are?"
"This does put me in a strange position."
I nodded in agreement.
"Now the Fallen know we're still alive and one of us is serving a Devil."
"This is going to make things complicated..."
Issei sighed.
"Yea. I'm so sorry."
"I know you only ran into her on accident, but don't go getting carried away now that you've unlocked the Sacred Gear and try to fight them alone. That's disrespectful to the rest of us."
"I understand."
"That goes for you too, Neito."
"I don't need your permission to engage in combat, red head. I'm not on your leash, so I don't have to obey you. Plus, if I'm not part of your crew, who am I disrespecting when I'm protecting my brother?"
Rias narrowed her eyes in frustration. I guess she's still getting used to disobedience in her clubroom. I yawned and stretched.
"Welp, the spar and fight took a bit outta me. I'mma head home and catch some sleep."
"I'm coming with you."
I turned and walked to the middle of the room, summoning an Indigo Circle. Issei and Ophis stepped in and I teleported us home with no difficulties. Issei immediately went to bed while I sat down on the couch, retaking my usual napping position with my arm propping up my head. Ophis did the same, using my other arm as a pillow. We both dozed off and fell into a deep sleep for the rest of the night.
-----
"What am I supposed to do if she's still pissed off at me. Why am I an idio-"
"AHH!!!"
*CRASH*
I looked over at a familiar nun as she fell on the ground.
"Oh, it looks like I fell down again. I'm such a klutz."
She turned and sat up, looking at us in confusion when she spotted us three. I remembered this girl clean as day. The good and innocent nun.
'Asia Argento.'
