"..."
I stared up at the clinic ceiling as I lay in the cot. After Kruonis said that my dad was Great Red, a surge, a wave of power coursed through me. It was enough to knock me out. It wasn't from an outside force, however. It was my own aura flaring from his presence. I'd woken up several minutes ago, and am now just looking up at the ceiling, waiting for the leftover smaller surges to pass me by.

'Seems like they've calmed down. I'd hate for Akeno to perform any sort of magic during class to bring it down. So... my dad's the Great Red, the Dragon of Dragons... His look is almost identical to mine, and his power...'

{His feels like a complete form.}
I glanced to my side, seeing Tetra's spirit sitting on the bed.

{Yours feel a lot like his, but cannot compare yet.}
'Hmm... Speaking of dragons, I have a question. I'm curious about the relations between the red and white dragons.'

{Ddraig and Albion?}
I nodded.

'This kinda resurfaced as a concern when I heard the word dragon, and I was curious in a past life anyway.'

{... When the Three Factions were fighting, other creatures and humans had to choose a side. Only the Dragons did not.}
"They didn't? I get why Nephilims weren't a part of it. They were the first targets seeing as they were immensely powerful compared to the Factions, but why Dragons?"
{The majority didn't think the war had anything to do with them and lived how they pleased. But in the midst of the war, there were two foolish Dragons who started a big fight.}
"You're talking about Ddraig and Albion, aren't ya?"

{Not caring about the Great War that had taken over the world, they fought wildly on the battlefield.}
"Why were they fighting? What is the reason Issei has to fight Vali?"

{Hell if I know, sweetie. I doubt they even remember it themselves.}

"Guess they were pretty troublesome, eh?"
{Unless something was done about those guys, the war couldn't continue. The Three Factions called a temporary truce to deal with the Dragons.}
"A truce to stop a fight? How wild were they back then?"

{The two dragons whose fight was stopped went crazy with anger. They lashed out at the leaders of Angels, Devils, and Fallen Angels. They didn't think anyone, not even God or a Devil King, should intervene with their fight. It was just payback, plain and simple.}

"Wow, talk about bad misfortune..."
{In the end, the two dragons were cut into thousands of pieces, and their souls were sealed within humans as Sacred Gears. Since then, the two have used humans as intermediaries to meet and fight, time and time again.}
"..."

{There have been times where the human host has died without the two meeting.}
"So, this time, it's Issei and Vali. But he's already met the other Dragon. In his current state, and as a new low ranking Devil, there's no way he can beat Vali. Not yet. I will have to fight in his stead till my training with him gets him on equal levels."

I stood up from the cot, putting my shoes back on. I walked out into the hall, seeing the hall was empty. I walked down towards Issei's classroom, looking down as I stuffed my hands in my pockets.

'I'm not going to let fate decide what's going to happen. If anything, fate is in my hands. Issei has a dream for a harem. I want to help him with that by keeping him close and protecting the others. That's what I need to focus on.'

I opened the door to Issei's classroom, only to reel back and barely dodge a punch from the Perverted Trio's Matsuda and Motohama.

"NEITO, YOU BAS****!!!"

*BAM*
I reeled back, my mouth slightly open from the recoil. The room fell silent after a few gasps. I was completely still, then I slowly looked forward at Matsuda and Motohama.
