a chorus of angels announce his
reprieve, for his soul is saved from
the perilous darkness of hell and
beyond; gone are the translucent
skin and empty eyes, now replaced
with shades of golden hair and specks
of light, vaguely resembling the
humanity he lost; he was cast down
from heaven, perished on earth,
rescued from hell, now trapped in
limbo; he only wishes to see his

flames burnt wildly within her,
captivatingly bright, enveloping
her heart in a fiery inferno;
he yearned for her warmth
and the subtle darkness within her
for she is the harbinger of death
