Scandinavian leftovers

Two days before Arvid arrived in Scandinavia, Dagmar met with her 19 year old half-brother Arwin. He decided to visit Dagmar after learning that she was the queen of Scandinavia. Dagmar was not quite happy to see his half brother. She suspected that he was part of a plot of her mother and her latest husband to control her life. Since she became queen her father-in-law often tried to bride her into elevating him to nobility. Arvid refused to grand the request.  Arwin told Dagmar that he wanted to live in Scandinavia. For two days Dagmar was refusing his request. Then she began to think. In the early afternoon he called him into her room. When the servant allowed him in, she locked him inside. This was the order of the queen. 

''What's going on?''.

Dagmar seduced him violently and they had sex.  She compelled him to cum inside of her. It was after he loaded his semen inside her womb that Arvid quietly entered the room and saw the semen dripping out of her vagina. He hid into a wardrobe. 

''You want to become a Scandinavian? Your child will be your reason for staying here.''

''What about your husband?''

''That's none of your business...''

''If you get pregnant and he finds out..''

''He never will. And even if he did, he will be too occupied to deal with the wars Scandinavia are involved in. Also, I want to have more children. He has far more interest in his Korean wife. And I need to get a son in order for him to inherit my estate. Also, you want to build a life in Scandinavia. So, now both problems are solved.''

''What about mum and ...''

''That bitch is not my mother! And that man is not my dad. Remember? You know very well how much hatred those people have against me. Be glad I didn't have you arrested for sneaking into the King's court. Any other guy would have been executed for doing so.''

''You're blacking me...''

''I don't trust you. So, I need something, some scandal to keep you in check! What better scandal can there be that the queen was blackmailed into sex by an enemy of the state? And that this affair led to a baby?''

''You will be bringing your own house down, Verita..''

''It's Dagmar now. Also, I don't want you to just walk into the court anytime you want. You will reside in Norway. And anytime I want, I will contact you. You will never try to come here again without my permission. Understood?''

''I do!''

''Your son, I hope I will conceive of a son, will grow up with me. I will pretend its the child of one of my servants. I will keep myself away from my husband for months until the baby is born. After the birth I will get you to see your child.''

''How are you going to hide nine months?''

''That's my problem. My rival wife is here at court too. I will force her to entertain Arvid coming months. I will travel to the Fjords and remain there for months. You have nothing to worry about. Just co-operate with me. Your parents will hear that you got married and that you have your own family. They will also hear that you have your own farm with much oxen on it. What else do you want?''

''Nothing...I...am...''

''You're what? Overwhelmed?''

''....''

Dagmar commands her servant to bring her half-brother to the secret mansion in the Fjords. After Arwin departs, Arvid leaves the wardrobe and goes to his Korean wife. He, strangely enough, wasn't shocked by Dagmar's behaviour. He didn't approve of it. He thought it was quite controversial. Adulterous incest and a cover-up by lies...  He also understood that his departure to Rome also played a role in her behaviour. He left his household in uncertainty. He was too naieve to think that the former prime minister would maintain peace in his absence. He realised that he endangered his own household by putting too much trust in politicians. He still doesn't approve what happened between Dagmar and her half-brother, but he realises that it is also the consequence of his inaction when action was needed. 

But... he didn't want this event to ruin his day. There were enough problems waiting for him. His country was at war and Cimbria rebelled against the establishment. He also had to fulfill his oath to Emperor Vespasian. He, for now, wanted to lay down with his other wife and hopefully impregnate her one more time... 

While Arvid and Josephine had their quality time, King Blasius III completed his annexation of the Angli into his domain. The Angli chieftains submitted quickly. He also send apologies to the court of Arvid. Henk met with the Angli chieftains and made them agree allegiance unto him. After the ceremony was over, a Roman centurion with his century of soldiers approached him. The centurion was send by the Cimbrian legion. The Roman army was not happy with his action. They, nevertheless, wanted to participate in his incorporation of the Angli into the Cimbria. The centurion made plain that the Roman camp will watch his moves carefully. Any other attack on any other Germanic tribe will be avenged with his detention to a prison in Gaul and a decimation of his household. The threat was extreme. Henk agreed to the terms. He had to make sure the legionaries would receive half of all the grain and taxation money that he would receive from the Angli. The next morning, the messengers of Henk submitted their tribute unto the Scandian senate. Arvid was also informed about Henk's campaign. He didn't want to respond to the situation. He first wanted to know Henk's motives for such an irrational move. But, as a Roman ally, he had to honour his word. Cimbria was still a vassal country of Scandinavia and now that the Angli were part of the Scandinavian realm, he would have to show hospitality unto them also. Arvid returned the messengers with the message:

''Dear vassal Blasius, I'm glad that you succeeded into your endeavor. Scandinavia has become an ally of Emperor Vespasian. This means that Cimbria and the Angli that you conquered, are also allies of Rome. Treat every Roman citizen in your territory with the best luxury available. I also want to meet with the Angli chieftains in Norway. They will learn what the role of their people will be in this confederation.''

That same day, another message arrived to Arvid: the Scandinavians in Greater Germany returned together with the troops that were stationed over there. At the same time, the tensions between Scandinavia and the Baltic tribes became more and more tense.
