Joe caught up to me, grabbing me and wrapping a towel around me. I laughed and he lifted me up
"This isn't funny! Look at all these men staring at you" she sneered in my ear, making me laugh harder
"I don't see anyone looking, and why are you so angry over it? I came with you and I'm leaving with you" he squinted at me then dropped the towel
"You're so lucky you're pretty" I flipped my hair jokingly
"I think you're the lucky one, have you seen me?" He laughed
"Hey, Joe. How are ya?" A man walked over to him and slapped a hand on his shoulder, Joe discreetly rolled his eyes. I caught it and giggled lightly
"Great Kelly. How are you?" I raised my eye brows
"Kelly? As in, Kelly Rucker?" He looked over to me
"I am, and how do you know me?" I cross my arms over my chest
"Do you don't recognize me?" He stared at me for a moment
"Bug?! Oh my gosh! Look at you.." he pulled me into a hug, I pulled my arms around my waist and hugged my longtime friend. It's been forever since I've seen Kelly, he doesn't really come to the gatherings that Patricia has.
"Yup, its her. You can let her go now" Joe spoke up, sounding very annoyed
"Right" Kelly let me go, still looking at me. Then cleared his throat and turned to Joe
"Patricia wants everyone to the end of the beach"
He pointed toward the path and turned to walk away
"Kelly" he stopped, looking back
"It was nice to see you again" he gave me nod then continued on
"Alright. Let's go get our stuff" Joe spoke lowly and pulled me away. We got to our this and he bent over scooping up his clothes
"Don't even start" Joe breathed out when he saw the look I gave him
"I wouldn't have to start if you weren't so rude" I replied crossing my arms across my chest
"Did you see the way he was looking at you?! And you let him touch you!" By now everyone was headed toward the path, Joe and I stood there.
"Godammit Joe, will you stop!" I dropped my arms and raised my voice a little
"Me? What am I doing?!" He raised his voice back stepping closer, I shook my head at his amused face
"You're being so....so" I couldn't find the right word
"So what Luna?" He taunted leaning in a little, I put my hands on his shoulders and pushed him back lightly
"You're being so insecure and it's annoying the hell out of me!" I shouted. He laughed. He actually laughed
"You know damn well I'm not insecure babe, come on" my anger started to rise
"I'm talking about in our relationship! You're always worried about other people looking at me, or touching me! As if I'd go with anyone other than you"
"Well I'm sorry for loving you Luna!" His voice was softer, but still loud. My face softened and I ran a hand through my hair
"I act the way that I do, be cause I want you to myself. I don't want you to leave me. I know you can easily find someone else. That's why I'm so nervous, and you aren't helping." my eyebrows knitted together in complete confusion
"Joe, where would I go if I left you? We've been together for this long, I can't even bring myself to think about leaving. I've already told you I love, I'm not looking for anyone else. I want you"
