After checking out of the hospital we walked down the neat and clean sidewalk I didn't want her to strain herself to much so I was carrying her suit case and told her she could hail the taxi. The whole walk there was awkward and silent. The whole time during the long walk consisted of my body under going unexpected chills of excitement. I felt like a puppy I was happy she was here with me, within my reach every thing was colorful and I started to really realize how neat and clean and how beautiful everything was and I noticed something else too if I was too late and I had lost (y/n) then I would be taking the same walk by my self the color of everything would be gray and I would probably curl up and die crying but I let that thought go into have (y/n) with me. I wanted to say it out loud. So I did.
"(y/n)..."
She turned to me confused
"What is it not this way to the taxi pick up spot?"
My attention snaped back
"Vhat oh no jou're correct I just wanted to hear your name."
"Ohhhhhh. Ok Ludwig."
My heart was not ready for that after our incident her figure on the bed was all I could think of so I was not mentally prepared for her to be calling my name yet. appreciated but not ready.
"Oi i-ich leibe dich."
"I'm so sorry Ludwig what was that?"
"Oh sorry I said I-I love jou."
"I'm sorry I can't understand you."
At this point I realized what she was doing and blushed deep red.
"Sorry nevermind."
"Awww come on say it again."
"No no no nevermind."
"Aww ok."
"(y/n) you know you're mine now right and that I will be with you for as long as you want me to."
"Then tell me you love me and tell me your heart belongs to me and only me." She stoped walking and stared into my eyes expectantly. So I walked til i was right in front of her put my jacket and her suit case down next to us on the ground and knelt down on one knee. I grabbed her hand and kissed it. I then looked her in her eyes and began to promise her.
"I Ludwig Beilschmidt promise that my heart belongs to no one other then jou (y/n) and until the day i die I will you till the end of my life and beyond."
"Then I (f/n) (l/n) will love until I die and beyond as well my heart belongs to you I will wish for you to stay by my side for as long as you are mine."

I kinda snaped out of it when just noticed that we had developed a crowd and turned deep red afterwards and Ludwig stood up and turned his face to hide his blush he picked up our stuff and followed me to the corner and waited with me as I hailed a taxi just my luck the driver was familiar he's the one who brought me to the hospital the day before yesterday. I smiled at the driver as I entered the taxi then looked at Ludwig his expression was hard to read but u brushed it off (worst mistake ever) once the driver spoke his face showed disgust
"Heya sweet pea did get to say hi to your mom before she got sent home?"
With this Ludwig's face turned furious and I grabbed his hand. When he looked at me I gave him a weak smile he had gotten the hint and due to the silence so did the driver.
"Jeez girly I'm sorry."we finally got to the airport and payed the driver before we got to far the driver called out to us
"hey your change." Which we didn't understand seeing how we gave exactlywhat the meter Said but slightly agitated Ludwig took the money and thanked him before he drove off he yelled feel better annoyed Ludwig took my hand and slightly pulled me to the counter for our proper tickets and then pulled to our seats we sat down in grabbed his hands and fell asleep for a good twenty minutes
