When we crossed back it felt like time had passed in this world, and it had indeed changed. For starters the school (that I attended and where I died) had a new refurbished look, everyone seemed to have aged a year, and the area around looked more futuristic.
"How long were we gone Jane" I had asked Jane with great concern.
"About a week or two" she replied in an average sounding tone. I probably didn't know how time worked in 'The Limbo' yet and apparently time in her world was slower than in mine. Two weeks there, meant a whole year here. There was no way. Well what ever the case; The school seemed untouched by demons.
I searched the area for any paranormal activity. At every turn all I saw was snow, snow, and more snow. Thinking it was quite odd I spotted a news paper and picked it up to examine it closer. "It's christmas" I said with a hint of sadness. I planed spending christmas with all my friends both Junior and Senior year. But thanks to my death I haven't been able to leave the school. Though I'm kinda used to it by now and Jane was starting to look pretty cute. No! I can't fall in love with someone who can become a weapon, she's not even alive! But I was falling for her, some undead chick who was the scythe of the grim fucking reaper. But it was real. There was a spark. I was in love all over again.
She was beautiful. Her long black hair was flowing in the wind, her face was as white as snow, crystal clear ocean blue eyes, even her smile was enough to make me blush. I knew she was reading my thoughts and I wasn't afraid to let her know how I feel "Tetsuia are you ok?" she asked. I look at her with a look that said 'I am so in love with her' and I tried to lie "I'm completely fine Jane don't worry about me so much" I tell her with a smile. I knew she could tell I was lying when she came over to me and... and she kissed me.
