Chapter 23

"Father, I'll be inviting some of my school friends to the party. I hope you wouldn't mind it." The red haired bowed a little as he asked, I mean telling his dad that he is going to, I mean invited his friends over to the party.

"Sure. I hope your friends that will be attending have good etiquette because there'll be lots of important people that will be attending."

"Yes. I promise that there will be no problem at all."

"That's good to hear." His dad continue reading the documents a little.

Akashi takes a deep breath buy remains his composure and ask his dad "And there's something that I want to announce at the party. You wouldn't mind it, right father?"

"About what?" He stops reading and only moved his eye to see his son.

"It's about my future." Akashi puts up a faint smile to try to convince his father.

"Good. And I have something important to tell everyone about your future too."

'I'm sure it's about studies or me leading the company in the future.' Akashi nods his head and takes his leave out of the room.

-At school. 2 days before the party-
"WHAT?! WE HAVE TO BE IN OUR SUIT TO ATTEND RHE PARTY?!" Aomine nagged out loud.

"Yes. There's important guests coming."

"AND WE HAVE TO ACT COOL AND ROYAL LIKE YOU ALL THE TIME?!"

Akashi glared at Aomine. "I didn't said that you should act like me. I just want you guys to mind your manners during that time. And Aomine-kun, don't talk too loud like that when you're there. I've promised my father that you guys wouldn't make any trouble there."

"Yea. You shouldn't talk like that Aomine-kun. It would be better of you could control your voice a little. It really is loud and embarassing." Kuroko said, expressionless.

"What do you mean by that, huh?" Aomine grabbed Kuroko's head and pushes it down a little.

"It is the truth Aomine-kun." Kuroko replies and chuckles a little.

"Ehhhh... Troublesome." Murasakibara said while munching some chips.

"Don't say it like that. He even went through the trouble to invite us." Midorima stated as he pushes his glasses.

"Just as Midorima says. But if you guys doesn't want to come it's okay. Since you guys are not familiar with this kind of situation." Akashi said as he stands up to put his lunch tray away.

"Don't worry about it, Akashi-chii~ I've been to these kinds of parties from before. You don't have to worry about it. I'll be there with ___-chii and I'll make sure she knows the etiquette of a proper lady." Kise said a little loud as Akashi is a little far away.
You from the opposite table heard this and you facepalm. "Damn it! As if I don't know some lady etiquette. I'm a lady after all."

"Hahaha. ___~ a girl don't just curse out like that." Your best friend chuckled.

"I know about that but I'll make sure that I'll control my attitude a little during that night cause... I don't want to make Akashi and my brother embarrass just because of my fault." You said as you takes a spoonful of your lunch.

Your friend keeps quiet and she looks as if she's refraining from laughing.

"What? What happened?" You asks and she looks above you and looks at her food back. Still refraining herself from laughing.
You look at your back and you saw Akashi. "Akk... Sei-kun. S-since when are you here?" Your heart skipped a beat as you we're surprise to see him behind you so sudden.

"About a few moments ago." Akashi replied with a small chuckle.

"O-Ohhh"

"Don't worry. Just be yourself on that day. I didn't say that you are the one who's suppose to take care of your manners. I'm talking about the others."

"Really?" You said softly.

"Yes. I like you the way you are. So, don't force yourself to do stuffs you don't like." He replied and patted your head and walks away.

"Uhhhh... I think I'll take care of my manners a little. I don't want him to embarrass his self."

"You should do it." Your friend agrees and the both of you went back to your classroom.

--time skips--
"Welcome! Our master have been expecting you guys." The butlers and maids welcome you and the gang. You were dressed in the (f/colour) the designer designed specially for you. The others were dressed in their tuxedo while Momoi used a pastel pink dress that's slightly above her knees.

Everyone entered and was surprised with the decorations. His house.. I mean his mansion is really hugeee!!! It feels like you could get lost in there.

When you guys entered, a lot of the guests gathered near Kise and the others, leaving you alone. Most of them went to Kise because.. Well, super model~ and some to the others because they've appeared in the sports magazine for about three times already.

You stand near a pillar and suddenly a few people came towards you. "Are you ___?"

"Uhhh... Yea? Why?"

"Oh! You must be Ryota's sister! Oh you look so beautiful! You're even good in sports and studies. Tell us your secret!"

"Secret? Uhhh... I've loved sports since I was little and because of that, I'm a little bit rough." You smiled sheepishly and scratched the back of your neck embarrassly and awkwardly. "About studies, actually I've been studying before bed a lot because I feel that I'm supposed to get at least second rank so that I can stand hand in hand with the person I love. Not to mention, to help my brother in his studies also." You chuckled and the guests chuckled too.

"You just mentioned about someone you love. Can we know who is it"

"U-uhhhh a-about t-"

"Oh pardon me. But I have some business to do with this girl over here. Can you excuse her for a moment?" A sudden familiar voice that calms your soul was heard. You look to the side and saw Akashi smiling towards the guests in his suit with his hand holding yours gently.

You look to the guests and smiled as Akashi pulled you away from the scene.
