Ricky,  go, home boy!said the wooden doll as he finished cleaning himself and started to walk in his direction.   Rick stopped and looked around not noticing what was walking towards him.  Then again in a soft tiny tone, Rick don't you know if you don't listen, you'll die!  Boy!said Oscar who now was feet away.

Rick was so afraid, but he had to help his sister.  As he walked up to his sister her looks terrified him.  He began to scream for help, for his feet were frozen to the ground.   He tried and tried, but he couldn't move.  Then the whispers got very close.  Rick looked down and began to pray.  As he looked down, he finally saw who was doing all the whispering.  Rick looked at the tiny little wooden man who was now running towards him.  Rick slowly back up, but then tripped in the process.  Oscar started walking up little Rick's leg and Rick kept screaming and crying for help.

When he finally walked onto his chest, Rick's eyes look as though they were going to pop out.  Look, young boy!  I didn't like your sister, she was really a bitch.  Now you, on the other hand, I like you.  You have always been a good boy.  Listen to what I'm about to tell you.  You didn't see me.  Go home, for now, you no longer have a sister, unless you want the doll in the dollhouse.  Whatever you choose is your problem.  You see like I said I like you.  I don't want to kill you. So go home, and forget what you saw.  Do you understand me? whispered Oscar who was now standing on his chest, then bend over and poked his nose.  Now boy, go home! he said when suddenly Rick got off the ground and Oscar flew to the ground.  Rick ran, he forgot about his sister and didn't look back.   Run Rick, Run, said the wooden doll as his laughter echoed the woods.

Rick ran and cried, but didn't look back.  He finally arrived home.  His mother was standing in the doorway calling out for her children.  Then she spotted Rick running her way.  Hey, not so fast, didn't I tell you no playing outside? she said as he passes by her and enters the house.  Hey, where's your sister, she asked as she grabbed onto his shirt.

Mom let go, I don't know where she went, you know she never listens, he said as he got loose and headed to his room.   Hey wait, she said      Rick stopped and turned around, What mom? he said   Were you crying? she asked looking into his eyes.  No mom, can I go now? he asked as he again began to walk away.  Go, ahead, I'm stepping outside for a while.  Maybe I can find your sister before your father gets home.  Girl! never listen, and I'm the one always getting in trouble, said his mother as she went outside calling and looking for Abeley.

Meanwhile, the sheriff was looking around the woods.  He noticed a trail of blood on the ground.  He began to follow the trail that led him right to Joshua's body.   Shit! Shit! another one, somehow I think Leon knows what's going on.  If this is Oscar doing, then he must be dead, he said as he went to his horse and took out a blanket to place over the body.  As he looked inside of his saddlebag he found something else in his bag.  He found a silver coin with the face of a doll on one side and a skull on the other. Where in the world did this come from, he said as he examined the coin then placed it in his pocket.

He went to cover the body. When he opened up the blanket, a piece of paper fell to the ground.   Sheriff Johnson quickly picked it up and read it.  Sheriff, you must find my brother's body and place this coin on top.  This will lock down his powers and he won't be able to come alive.  I have placed this in your saddle bag, I don't trust that man you were with, I felt his presence was evil.  My brother is not a runaway slave, I do believe he's dead somewhere, please find his body.  You can not move the body, dig six feet deep hole, make sure this coin is placed on his chest before you bury him.  Be careful, if the spirit knew you want to send him back, he might get angry and try to kill you.  Good luck and God Bless.  Sue

The sheriff put the note away.  Sue says Oscar might be dead, but I thought he escaped from the jailhouse.  If he is dead, I'm pretty sure Leon and his men had something to do with his disappearance. Shit!  Leon, don't you ever think! he said as he began to search the woods hoping to find Oscar body.

Leon with his bonnet and his two other buddies were about to enter the woods.   They were going fast, trying to catch up to the sheriff.   Leon and Micheal were way up front.  They didn't realize that Robert was far behind.

When they got to the entrance of the woods they stopped and looked back.  Yo, Robert is far behind, let's wait here until he catches up, said Micheal as he stopped his horse    Look we can wait for five minutes, then we must keep moving.  Remember the sheriff doesn't know that Oscar is dead, we need to keep it that way.  Five minutes, and we're gone, said Leon as he also stopped his horse.

Now Robert was a large man and he was always hungry, he had stopped his horse and took something to eat out of his saddlebag.  Then he found a good spot to sit.  As he ate his meatloaf sandwich, he placed his soda pop on the ground next to him.

Oscar sensed his presence, walked over Abeley's body and followed the chewing noise into the woods.  Then Oscar again,

"Oh, Susana, don't you cry for me.  I killed a little brat today. It was something this world needs.  She lies about me in the past, that's why right now I'm dead.  I would like to see her father's face when he finds out what I did.  Oh, Susana, don't you cry for me, I'll soon be done with all this mess, then you may pray for me."  Then he got silence as he got closer, he saw Robert, just sitting there, with no worries on his mind.
