Arias POV
I walked into the shop and wasn't very sure where to go. I went to the registers and unlocked a new one.
"What are you doing," a husky voice said behind me.
"Working." I said in the obvious tone he always used with me.
Nathan approached closer to me, "There are already 2 people at the counter,"
"There was 3 last time."
"Well, if you happened to pay attention, you don't really work up here," He rolled his eyes at me.
"Well last time there wasn't any space for me to work."
"Well, did you check?" he asked.
"No.." I muttered.
"Why don't you," he said with a fake smile.
"Well fuck you," I murmured.
'I'd rather not actually." he smirked.
"Ughh," I threw my hands up in the air. "Nathan- whatever your last name is, you're impossible."
"Its Anderson." he laughed as I walked away.
"Good for you!" I called back. I could hear him chuckling.
I went to the back and I saw Dan.
"Hi Dan!" I said cheerfully.
"Why hello.. Oh gosh, I forgot your name. It starts with an A.. Ariel? Alyssa? Amanda..?"
I laughed, "Aria."
"Yes! Aria. Hey Aria, would you like to help me?"
"I would love to," I smiled. If only Nathan was like his dad.
"I have boxes of inventory to stock up on. Theres a truck in the back filled with boxes. Mind giving me a hand? I have to find Nathan.." he said pointing to a door.
"Okay," I said and started walking over.
I walked outside and started grabbing boxes, bringing them in one by one.
I saw a figure over in the corner of the building. I walked over, as the face became more and more familiar. It was Nathan, and he was smoking.
"Ew. Stop!" I yelled.
He gripped the cigarette in his hand, "Stop what?"
"That! Smoking!" I grabbed the cigarette out of his hand and threw it on the ground. I took my foot and squashed it.
He took a pack out of his back pocket. I tried grabbing them from him, but he moved them away. I saw a tattoo, on his wrist. It said Melissa and under it a date 9/3/11. Who was Melissa? Was it an old girlfriend who passed away? i don't know why, but I got a little jealous.
"This isn't any of your business. What I do, and what I don't do." He took another one out of his pack and took out a lighter.
"Fine, I guess it isn't." I stomped away. His tattoo still wouldn't get out of my head, Was it a pet? An old girlfriend? I sighed, who am I anyway telling him what he can or can't do.
I started grabbing boxes and bringing them in,much faster than before. I guess this was a good way to get my steam out. All that was left were a couple of really big boxes that I knew I couldn't get. I walked inside and saw Dan.
"Are you all done?" he asked.
"Mostly, there a couple really big boxes , but I don't really trust myself getting them." I laughed slightly.
