-POV Samm-

My alarm went off, I heard Opal mumble something and roll over.

I slowly reached over and hit the snooze. Why did we have to go to the stupid aquarium in at noon, why not later?

I sat up and ran my fingers through my hair.

"Hey, wake up Opal," I pulled lightly on her arm. She mumbled again and slowly sat up.

"Hm?" She scratched her head.

"We gotta get ready for the aquarium."

"Right," she flopped back down onto the bed.

"Fine, I have to go make sure Sienna's awake."

She shot up, "I'll do it!" She flung herself out of the bed and went out the door. I figured that would work.

I have to admit, that was one of the best nights sleep I have gotten in a while. All I remember is smelling Opal's coconut hair, then I was out cold.

"Okay, she's awake," Opal said as she walked back into the room and sat next to me on the bed.

"I honestly don't want to go," I said putting my arm around her shoulders.

"Why did you let her stay?"

"Believe it or not, she can tell anything to her father and he'll believe her. If I didn't let her stay she'd tell him some kind of lie and he'd probably make my family go bankrupt. He's threatened it before. He's a very powerful man Opal."

She frowned, "I wouldn't let her do that."

"Are you two getting ready or what? If we want to make it there before noon we need to leave soon." Sienna said walking into the doorway.

"Yeah, but first Sienna can you help me with something?" Opal stood up and walked out with Sienna.

I get it now, Opal is trying to keep Sienna away from me. I laughed to myself, it's good because I don't want her near me anyway.

I got ready and walked out to the living room. I found Sienna zipping up the back of Opal's dress. "Thanks," Opal said turning and smiling my way. She had her hair braided and twisted into a bun on top her head. Her dress was a knee high, loose white dress. Black knee high boots accompanied the look. Opal never put makeup on, but it looked like she had put on some light shade of pink. She looked beautiful.

Why was she dressing up? We were simply going to an aquarium? She must be trying to outshine Sienna.

"We will take your car Samm," Sienna said walking up to me, grinning. But I didn't pay much attention to her, my eyes were practically glued to Opal.

I walked past Sienna and straight to Opal, "you look beautiful," I simply said wrapping my arms around her waist.

"That's kinda the point," she said leaning up giving me a quick kiss, leaving a small hint of vanilla on my lips.

"OK! We have to go!" Sienna's voice broke through the silent room.

I sighed dropping my arms but grabbing Opal's hand, "then let's go."

"Hold on," Opal put her finger up and looked down at her phone, "Zelda says we don't need to pick her up, she's driving herself."

"Thank god, last thing I needed was her in the car with us," Sienna mumbled, hopefully Opal didn't hear it.

It was a long somewhat silent drive to the aquarium. I made Sienna sit in the back, therefore she complained the whole drive.

We pulled into the parking lot of the aquarium, Zelda's small car was sitting in one of the spots.

I parked in the open spot next to Zelda, I hadn't even shut off the car and Sienna was already out.

"God, so nice to be able to stretch my legs," Sienna said starting to do stretches.

Opal and I got out, I went around the car to give her a hug but Zelda had beat me to it.

We all walked into the aquarium at the same time. It was a Sunday, the aquarium was empty except for us and the workers. "Three tickets please," I asked heading the man a fifty dollar bill.

"What about me?" Sienna's squeaked voice came from behind me.

"You have money, don't you?"

"Well yeah, but-" she stopped and just grinned, "whatever." After we got our tickets, our guide led us to red velvet curtains that were pulled away leading to a room full of jellyfish. I grabbed Opal's hand.

Every tank to be seen had different species of jellyfish.

"I've never seen a jellyfish before," Opal had let go of my hand and walked up to one of the tanks, they are so pretty," she looked entranced.

I laughed at her softly and then joined her. Sienna and Zelda weren't acknowledging each other and we're both off looking at other tanks.

Room after room full of different fish and sea creatures went by.

"And here we have the final room." The guide opened up another set of red velvet curtains but this time the room was much darker. All the tanks were lit with black light, and full of neon glowing fish. "And here we have the final room, 'the blackout' we call it. Feel free to explore to your hearts content."

Before I even had a chance to walk fully into the room, both Opal and Zelda were off exploring. It was cute to see Opal fascinated by all the fish.

Suddenly a hand was over my mouth and I was being pulled backward. Whoever had grabbed me, knew about the pressure point on the back of my neck that made me basically defenseless.

Sienna.

She pulled me back into the room we were previously in, knowing it was empty. She then pushed me against a tank, one hand still over my mouth and one still pressing on my pressure point.

Her hand then was quickly replaced with her lips. A taste I didn't want to taste again filled my senses as she forced herself on me.

"Hey, Samm?" I watched as Opal walked through the walkway, we locked eyes. Hers were instantly filled with tears. "How-" she choked out before running back into the dark room.

"My work here is done," Sienna pulled her lips away from me, instantly I pushed her away, knocking her to the floor.

"What the hell! Do you realize what you've just done!"

She wiped her mouth and grinned, "of course I know what I've done."

I was furious, I wanted to hit her, but I wouldn't be able to bring myself to. I walked into the darker room in hopes to get Opal, but both her and Zelda were walking out the exit. Opal cuddled into Zelda's chest.

The tap of Sienna's heels appeared behind me, "heh, now that she's out of the way, we can get back together," she put her hand on my shoulder.

I instantly smacked it away and turned around, "don't you get it Sienna? I don't like you like you think I do! We dated only so you could use me!"

"You thought I was using you?" She looked like her heart sank.

"Well yeah, you never actually cared."

"Samm, I've known you almost my whole life, we were so close and we lost that."

"Because you became a slut," the word slipped out.

"But Samm, I've loved you since we were kids.."

"Well I don't love you. Go ahead, sue my family and make me lose them too, wouldn't matter to me, I just lost the one thing that truly mattered to me."

And with that I walked out of the aquarium, Zelda's car pulled out of the parking lot as soon as I reached my car.

I felt a lump in my throat. I'm not sure I'll be able to fix this.
