"You, got bleached out eyes from the valleys sand Vanessa.." I say to the woman that ruined my life as I poured bleach into the sockets of her eyes. She was screaming bloody murder, but nobody could help her, nobody could save her, that was then end for her and we both knew it..
"FINE I'M DONE! I DON'T WANT TO SUF-F-FER ANYMORE PLEASE JUST END THIS!!"
"Oh Vanny, those aren't the magic words. Come on! You can do it!" I took a knife and slowly cut off patches of skin...
"AVA PLEASE! I CAN'T FIGHT ANYMORE!"
"Oh silly, the only time you tried fighting was when I put that bag over your head, but clearly you weren't strong enough because well, you're here now."
Vanessa could barley breath,
"Do it."
"This is what you deserve, you beat me when I was down and you weren't expecting me to pick myself back up. Well I guess you shall stay in my house of memories. But what's the worst that I can say? Things are better off this way. Thanks for the memories, even though they weren't so great, now all I have to say is so long, and goodnight."
I took my mallet and broke her feet, then her knees, then her arms and the last thing I had to smash, was her skull. I rose the mallet up and got ready to smash her head in but then, I changed my mind. I took a knife and stabbed her in the stomach and left her in that warehouse, alone, with nothing but her thoughts. Nothing but her thoughts, regrets and memories....
.......
WAKE UP. WAKE UP. WAKE UP. THIS ISN'T REAL. IT'S JUST MY IMAGINATION. SOMEONE SAVE ME PLEASE. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE I CAN'T WAKE UP FROM.
.......
My phone started ringing about two days after the murder of Vanessa Goodman, it was detective Chang's wife, Lisa Chang, I never did like her, she was always to, I guess happy, and she would always accuse me of trying to 'steal' her husband.
"Hello?''
"Hey Ava, it's Lisa. I was wondering if you wanted to go out for coffee today and, talk."
Lisa has NEVER invited me to get coffee, she always called to yell at me and such about trying to steal her husband but this, this is different. I'm kinda worried about the outcome of this but, I thought I might as well went.
"Alright be there at 11."
"Okay see ya Ava."
