I woke up in Mira's arms. Her head rested against my shoulder. Her heat radiated onto my naked body. I wanted to move away the blankets, but I also didn't want to wake Mira. Hopefully she would wake up soon. After we had defeated Lucy we had returned here, to the love hotel. We had ran up to our room and spent the entire night together, making love. I ran my hand through Mira's black hair. She mumbled some gibberish. Then she opened her eyes. She smiled at me and pushed away the blankets. The cold air felt nice on my sweaty, warm body. I smiled back at Mira. 'What a night.' I whispered She nodded. Then suddenly she sat up straight and ran towards the bathroom.

'Bullshit!' I yelled at Mario. 'You cheated!' He yelled back. We had been playing video games all night. It had been so long since we last did that. 'I didn't cheat!' I shouted, I knew I hadn't. 'I want a rematch!' Mario said. 'Fine!' Give me your best shot.' I replied.

When I woke up, Rena had already left the bed. Her clothes weren't lying on the ground. I quickly got up as well and put on some clothes. When I was walking downstairs I smelled chocolate in the air. I took a deep breath. I found Rena in the kitchen, busy making us some chocolate chip cookies. 'It smells delicious.' I told her. She just smiled. I walked up to her and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.

Daniel's soft lips tickled my cheek. 'I wanted to surprise you.' I told him. 'You did.' He answered. I went back to work, I couldn't let the cookies burn in the oven. That would surely disappoint Daniel.

I was flying through the air. The wind blew through my blue hair. Behind me flew my sister, Luka. Her beautiful purple wings always made me jealous. My own wings were black with a hint of blue in them. But they never sparkled in the sun like my sister's did. We were flying over a lake. We had to warn our third sister of the danger that was coming. 'Kris, are we there yet?' my sister yelled at me. I sighed, she had been asking this for the entire trip. 'Almost!' I yelled back. 'Finally!' She shouted and she dived down. The sea below us was calm and the sunlight made the clear water sparkle. My sister creamed out in joy, she loved soaring closely over water. I preferred staying higher, from there you could look further. And in these dire times, you should never let down your guard.

I was crying on the bathroom floor. I could feel them approaching. 'No...' I whispered. I had betrayed their trust and if I had to face them, I would never be same. It would never be the same for me and Mark. I would have to return to my homeland and face the judges. I heard Mark knock on the door. 'Are you okay?' He asked. I couldn't answer, my voice had left me. He opened the door. When he saw what state I was in, he rushed towards me. He wrapped his arms around me. 'What's wrong?' He asked. I took a deep breath. 'My sisters are coming.'

*

Mira's distress came to me as a shock. 'My sisters are coming.' She whispered. I didn't know she had sisters. 'What's so bad about that?' I asked her and I wiped away her tears. 'They are going to take me away. Away from you.' She said softly. 'Wait what?' I responded, confused at what she had just said. 'They can't take you away from me, I will follow you wherever you go.' I said to her. I knew I would. I wouldn't let anyone take my Mira away. Also I didn't have anything to lose. No one would miss me. My family is dead and so are my past friends. I had always been afraid of love, but now that I finally found someone, someone I truly loved I wouldn't let anyone come between us. I pushed Mira back, so I could look at her face. It was wet with tears. 'You won't be able to follow, they will take me back to my home.' She said, with sadness in her eyes. 'I will do the impossible then.' I told her and I hugged her again.

Kris was flying at full speed. Her wings were build for speed, but their black colour didn't fit in with our people. The people of Marilion were a people of bright colours. I had trouble keeping up with my sister. 'Wait!' I yelled, but she didn't hear me or she chose not to listen. She did that quite often. While I loved my sister, I sometimes felt like she didn't love me at all. The day had passed by quickly, the sky was already turning dark.

*

The day had passed by so quickly. Daniel had helped me make my cookies. They turned out great, so we ate them all for breakfast. He had also thought me how to play different card games. It was surprisingly easy and fun to do. It was getting dark out and we were still playing. Maybe it was time for a different game...

Mark helped me up from the ground. 'You should try and get some sleep.' He said. We had been sitting here on the bathroom ground for the entire day. I sighed and nodded. The thought of my sisters coming here to get me terrified me. 'I appreciate your help.' I told Mark, and I hope that he knew that I really meant that. He smiled and pushed me towards the bed. 'You need to sleep.' He told me. I took his hand and pulled him with me. 'Won't you help me fall asleep?' I asked him. Mark just nodded. 'Sure.' He replied and we went to bed. He wrapped his hands around me and closed his eyes. Soon I heard him snoring. I closed my eyes too, but the images of my sisters kept flashing before me.

*

'This was a fun day, but you cannot stay here another night.' I told Mario. He nodded. 'Of course not.' He laughed and got up from the floor. We walked downstairs together. 'See ya around.' I told him. 'Adios!' Mario yelled and he ran away. I yawned, the exhaustion from staying up for so long hit me. I went back upstairs and fell onto the bed. The moment I closed my eyes, I was sound asleep.
