Elizabeth's body fell onto the ground. Her skin was pale. I laughed, did she really think that I liked her? Pathetic. I opened the window and turned into a bat. I jumped out of the window and started my journey towards Marilion. I wanted to taste this blood Cassandra had spoken so highly of.

I ran towards Mark and fell into his arms. We stood there in silence hugging each other for a while. My mom coughed. And I looked up. 'What are your plans?' She asked. 'We have to go again.' I responded. My mother nodded. 'Stay safe.' She said and she kissed my forehead. I nodded at my family and took Mark's hand. Together we walked away into the forest.

I held Mira's hand in mine. I was ready to find the leader of the ravens and end her. I could remember her face clearly. Her thin face and her red eyes. Her long black hair and her red lips. She was beautiful in a way, yes. But cold as a stone and her heart didn't beat. She had a foul mouth and a short temper. She was a good fighter but she lacked strategy. I could also remember that she liked me. She had wanted me to marry her, but I had declined. It nearly cost me my life. 'Do you know where to go?' Mira asked suddenly. She hadn't been to the main office before. 'Yes. We have to move north.' I replied and I pointed forwards. 'It's at the edge of the forest.' Mira nodded and we kept walking. The forest got darker, just like the skies did. It was evening again. When we finally reached the sky was a dark shade of blue and it had gotten colder. I looked at the moon and I saw something move across it. It was a bat. Would that be the leader herself? It couldn't be, she never left the office.

I looked around trying to see the office, but all I could see was a wall made of rock. 'There it is.' Mark said and he pointed to my left. I looked but I couldn't see it. 'I can't see it.' I told Mark. He didn't say anything. Instead he walked towards the point he had pointed at. He knocked in the air. I looked at him. Had he gone crazy? 'I want so speak with Cassandra.' Mark said. With a loud screech a door opened. What?! Mark waited for me to arrive as well and then we walked in.

They're here! Finally! Knock. A knock on my window disturbed me in my thought. A small bat sat outside. It must be my sister. I opened the window for her and she flew in. She landed and transformed into human form again. 'Hello sis.' She said. I smiled at her and she smiled back. 'I want my fucking desert! Bring me a double portion!' I yelled. Almost instantly a minion walked in with to kids. The blood of kids was better than that of adults. It was sweeter. 'Enjoy.' I told my sister and she didn't hesitate for a second. She stepped towards the little boy and let her sharp teeth sink into his neck. She sucked him dry within a few seconds. She let out a burp. 'You didn't lie, this is the best blood that I've ever had.' She told me. She licked the blood of her lips. I looked at my security screen. Within 5 minutes my other guests would arrive. 'If you wait for a bit, you can have another one.' I told Charlotte and she smiled. She was eager to have more.

Mira held on to my arm as we walked up the stairs. They seemed to go on for forever. No one was guarding the corridors. The leader must want us all for herself. I smiled. This made things easier. Mira and I could easily overpower her. It was two against one. Once the leader was dead the ravens would be nothing. We reached the top floor and we walked towards the door. I knocked on it three times.
